I stayed in this hotel for a year-old and I was very good. The hotel is located in this famous thermal place surrounded by nature and peace. A few kilometers away you can visit the city, even more diving in the quiet that distinguishes it. The hotel room was comfortable and all comforts, I had only a small problem with the phone that was quickly resolved from the reception. The owner was very kind and kind, the birthday dinner was surprising, all the food was good and abundant. The only negative thing I found was that at my arrival I was told that the pool was open until 18:40, I went to it at 17:40 and was already closed, As well as the sauna. I would have liked to enjoy it for a few minutes.

Something very special two teams of the Ladies Giro d Italia were also on site your great experience also for us Not liked · The only thing that has disturbed us that smoking on the beautiful terrace in the whole area is no longer entirely modern 🤔 for non-smoking sportsmen / Health conscious would be super if the terrace was divided into family with children at the table breakfast ..... and on the direct table next door was smoked strongly . 😟...das we don't find good. ”Passive smoke is just as harmful” However ..when we are back and a place we will certainly like to stay here again .... we have felt well 😂

We stayed to visit the museums of Parma and the Mason's labyrinth and the Magnani Rocca Foundation. A great and modern hotel with comfortable rooms, a very good bed cleaning and disinfection. Abundant breakfast and varies for all tastes can be made in the garden, there is a bar and a restaurant with a wide and comfortable closed parking near the motorway and Parma as well as the labyrinth.

Great location near motorway. Large room with super comfortable massive bed. Clean. Good restaurant just down the road. Would have been perfect if it was not so hot. 'Air conditioning' was 26 degrees which is much hotter than we have our day time heating in the winter. Windows were screwed shut. When we complained we were told that the Italian authorities have a rule that air conditioning cannot be below 26 after beginning September. This cannot be true as we have spent over 4 weeks in Italy and had no problems at any of the 15 hotels we have stayed in. Eventually they reduced it to 23 degrees which was still too hot. Water pressure in the shower was low. Breakfast was a motel style buffet which was ok but not great.
