Extra charge for mini bar of cookie without eating

The overall environment is good, the waiters are very nice, and the breakfast is rich. It only takes 5-6 minutes to walk to Chinatown or the shopping mall in the city center. There is a convenience store opposite

The room facilities are old, and the refrigerator mini bar does not have an ice tray, so you have to make ice yourself. Not very satisfied, I ordered breakfast but was not informed of the dining time. I went there at 10:10 and was told that it was closed (the tone was not very good either). I will not come again…

There is no free bottled water. The water in the minibar is $4 per bottle. The daily cleaning service of the room is outrageous. The used towels are folded and given to us.

We really liked the location, it was right next to Darling Harbour. We got a warm and friendly welcome by the intern Brent at the front desk. He was nice and told us about all the things to do around, however, we had requested a room with a view, that they didn't provide, which we didn't fuss over. We were pleasantly surprised to see an Indian dish in the already wonderful breakfast spread, and we loved that. The chef was kind enough to proactively ask us if we enjoyed the food and if we had a special request for the breakfast the next day, which they gladly honored. The hotel also had direct access to Darling Harbour, which was very convenient as we wanted to visit it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and liked the hospitality and customer service at Hyatt, and would gladly visit again.

Fantastic hotel with excellent location. Great views of the darling harbour and excellent wine and dine facilities around the hotel. Will highly recommended to anyone who is travelling and looking for a good place to stay in Sydney!

The room is clean and tidy. The location is good. It's close to everywhere. The hotel service is good. The balcony rooms are all on the lower floors. The balcony has a small table and chairs and the view is very good.

Room service was a bit slow to come

The toothbrush is so hard. The kind of brush head that cannot be used. There is no free mineral water either. The room is very small. Sorry for the price. The scenery is pretty good

We were in a harbor view with balcony room and had the best view of fireworks in the harbor on Saturday night from the room. Great location with a ferry stop close by that stopped around most of the harbor. It will also stop at Circular Quay where there are more piers that gives access to all the ferries & trains. Good location to many bay front restaurants. It’s just a little loud in the evenings. You can here the music from the restaurants or clubs.

It's heartwarming and all the staff are very proactive and enthusiastic. After an Indian employee extorted $3,000 from me at the Strathfield Executive Accommodation Hotel where I stayed two days ago, I quickly moved to the Hyatt Regency Hotel, and my experience soared! ! ! Luckily my stay in the Hyatt Hotel didn’t ruin my trip to Australia! ! !
