衞生：酒店住的很舒服
服務：服務到位 外賣/有需求的東西都會及時送上來不需要自己下去拿
設施：設施齊全，如果遇到受傷需要創可貼也會提供 這點很贊
走的時候給了一把扇子作為退房禮，入住時也有歡迎水果。

房間很大很乾凈，被子蓋着很舒服，早餐也不錯，很滿意，和朋友打牌，聯繫客房送了一把椅子，反應很快，特地從大廳拿了一把椅子來。

全季品牌一直都是很不錯的，所以在蘇州的兩天都是選擇的全季。這個酒店距離高速不遠，所以挺方便的，有獨立的比較大的停車場，停車方便。大堂很寬敞，前台小姐姐給免費升級了房間，很感謝。其他方面就是一如既往全季，穩定輸出，早餐沒吃，不太瞭解。

房間很大，還有沙發，床睡起來很舒服，洗手池很大，可以放好多洗護用品。衞生也可以。唯一不足的是水太燙了，龍頭開到中間也燙手，把我和孩子手都燙了。感覺開到最左邊是開水了。
