This hotel is clean and comfortable enough for a good night's rest. Western options are few but there are croissants, toast and cereal for breakfast, as well as Chinese cuisine. The area doesn't have much to see or do but it's close to schools and businesses. Recommended for business travellers.

Unfortunately we went during the CNY official holidays. Very disappointed that we were not told that, apart from breakfast, no other food would be available!! The young workers on reception could not advise us of where to go and eat or where to go and walk. The hotel is not close to amenities so finding food was not easy! The bedroom was 15 degrees on arrival and took over 4 hours before reaching a comfortable temperature. The hotel was cold throughout and we wore our coats to eat breakfast ~ which was also cold! The bed was comfortable and it was nice to have tea and coffee in the room. On the third day we found a really nice walk 6km from the hotel.

We decided to take our kids to Suzhou Amusement Park that day and booked this Radisson hotel. It lived up to our expectations. The hotel room was spacious and the service response was fast. I will recommend it to my friends.

The hotel is clean, well-equipped and conveniently located. I chose this hotel when I brought my kids to Suzhou for the May Day holiday. The front desk service was friendly, the breakfast buffet had a wide variety and tasted good. I also ordered dinner at the hotel. The kids liked it very much and will stay here again next time!

Bring your children to Dayang Mountain for fun. Staying here is very close to Dayang Mountain. The hotel front desk is very welcoming. There are charging stations. There is a large lawn outside the room. The scenery is nice.
