這個酒店真的沒有服務可言，一言難盡啊，在前台辦理入住，看到有人抽煙，問工作人員是否大廳可以抽煙，回覆不可以，就沒有然後了，我説那你們不去勸導嗎？期中一個工作人員回覆我説，那我們還有無煙房間呢，客人在房間裏抽煙怎麼辦？這什麼邏輯
我説你們最起碼要勸導，另一個工作人員説，我們都在忙啊
要求經理過來，經理就是嗯嗯啊啊，也沒個説法，一看就是沒有一套完整的徽章制度，平時被投訴的無所謂了
後來到了房間，突然有人按門鈴…敲門持續很久，説實話一個人有點害怕，打給前台，前台説…因為剛才的事情，領導（也就是剛才的經理）給你送果盤，天哪…感謝你們的好意，但是能不能…吱一聲，真的很嚇人，説明從上到下都是沒有被正規培訓過的

本來跨年開開心心的 定個酒店 到前台第一時間問蛋糕需要冷藏 能不能幫忙放冰箱 前台服務人員説不能放 明明看着前台有冰箱的 他們説要放酒 我不明白了 你什麼酒要放冷藏 佔這麼大個冰箱不讓放蛋糕 然後我們又説能不能放餐廳冰箱 他們讓我們自己問 然後餐廳也説放不了 放房間裏全化掉 極差
