環境太優秀了，就是住在園林中，一步一景美不勝收，旁邊的商業街也超級美，到處是各種櫻花、桃花、海棠花，奼紫嫣紅，地方也好找還免費停車，服務員小劉還幫我拎行李送到房間

房間內部有樑的，空間可以，屬於民國風。外邊景色怡人，小橋流水。酒店分了幾棟樓，工作人員服務很好，怕你找不到主動領你去房間，尤其是前台小劉。

客服人員都非常的熱情，直接到園區門口來接，服務非常棒，就是凌晨3點多被一個酒鬼敲門驚醒，嚇一跳，但是不影響對酒店的喜愛，下次來蘇州還還住這裏的
