kamar executive aslinya lumayan bagus tapi kebersihan kamarnya kurang diperhatikan, Petugasnya kebersihan kurang professional. Kain korden lepas banyak yg lepas. Di wastafel ada tahi cicak, kain sprei kurang besar ukurannya dan asal dipasang dan spreinya kusut bagian dalam slimut.
juga pramusaji waktu breakfast habis mengambil piring kotor dari tamu makan sebelumnya. Meja tidak dilap pdhal jelas terlihat bekas makanan dan air masih di meja krn menunggu lama akhirnya saya panggil dan jawabanya ketus

Advantages✔️:
1. It's still close to Bromo. We set off at 2:30 in the morning to watch the sunrise, and it was just over 3 o'clock when we arrived at the cafe next to the observation deck. We had to wait until 5 o'clock to go to the observation deck to wait for the sunrise. So I don't think it's necessary to go so early.
2. The hotel is very beautiful and artistic.
3. The service staff is very enthusiastic.
Disadvantages❌:
1. It feels that the infrastructure of the whole Surabaya is relatively poor. The hotel has no elevator (although it only has 2 floors), but it's too painful for people who carry a 30-inch big box and encounter rainy days.
2. The food in the restaurant should be the bottom meal of the whole trip. There are basic white rice types, but don't expect too much taste.
