kamar executive aslinya lumayan bagus tapi kebersihan kamarnya kurang diperhatikan, Petugasnya kebersihan kurang professional. Kain korden lepas banyak yg lepas. Di wastafel ada tahi cicak, kain sprei kurang besar ukurannya dan asal dipasang dan spreinya kusut bagian dalam slimut.
juga pramusaji waktu breakfast habis mengambil piring kotor dari tamu makan sebelumnya. Meja tidak dilap pdhal jelas terlihat bekas makanan dan air masih di meja krn menunggu lama akhirnya saya panggil dan jawabanya ketus
Sayang sekali hotel sekelas bintang 4 tp petugasnya asal2 an dan gak profesisional.

The family room is very noisy, close to the road, and the sound of jeeps passing by before 2 a.m. is very loud. The windows are not shaded, and the lights from the corridor outside shine directly onto the bed at night. It is not worth the price. The picture is a photo of the window light taken at night. I didn't use the alarm clock at 2 a.m., and I was woken up by the sound of roadside vehicles.
It's better to live in a village closer to the volcano, at least it's cheaper

The rooms are OK, but the rooms near the road will hear the sound of motorcycles and jeeps going up the mountain in the early morning. If you book a larger suite or family room, it will be in a quieter location in the middle of the hotel.

Because I booked the room one by one, I accidentally filled in the wrong check-in time. I contacted Ctrip to change the date in less than a minute. I communicated with Ctrip countless times. In the end, they took advantage of the customer's own fault and refused to change the time or refund the money. It was too ugly. I don't know why Ctrip is so licking this kind of rubbish hotel
