Stayed for 2 nights. Room was spotless. TV guide was useless. Our room was at the back of the property facing the parking lot. My belief is ******* customers get the worst rooms available. We were in Building 12 and the elevator was in terrible condition as the control panel was held together with packing tape and took several tries to get it to work. Only used it once which meant we had to lug our heavy luggage down the stairs when we left. Didn’t want to get trapped in the elevator. Grounds on the property were well maintained. I would not stay here again.

The property was fine but the rooms were loud, people upstairs, people outside and people in the hallway. Wouldnt stay here again. Very disappointing.

Property was very well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was a good size and had been updated. Nice workout facility, pool & hot tub. Restaurant food was great, both dinner & breakfast. The only issue was that it took over one hour to get our dinner. I would recommend the hotel for a stay.

Property was excellent however the shower never got hot to take a shower washed my hair in the sink! For the price per night you expect to have basic amenities like hot running water. For that reason I was disappointed.

I like that it feels like a boutique Hotel. I love the spa facilities on property. I love the beauty of the grounds. I love the staff and their attention to detail. I love that it’s a quiet low rise property.

Staff and service were excellent. Staff were solicitous and professional and above and beyond in service and attention.
Lobby, restaurant, shop, spa and outdoor areas were updated and remodeled, all excellent.
Very disappointed in room suite, in need of remodeling.

Very nice resort that seemed pretty low key and relaxing even with a large wedding party there. Staff is great and spa is awesome. Would definitely return when in the Palm Springs area.

the have exceptionally good service, the best I have ever experienced in all my travel domestically and internationally. Every type of service people were pleasant and very attentive. Great well maintained property. I would give the property a 6 star rating.
