首先服務態度 不是一般的差.很少給差評 但是不得不給.態度差就差點吧 我忍了 房間非常差 洗髮水都是灌進去的 字都褪色了.從來沒有住過這麼奇葩的酒店.洗澡的地板 還不知道非常臟.被單感覺也一股味道.衣服都沒脱睡的 太晚了 不想折騰了。非常差 大家不要踩坑。

不錯的酒店 乾淨整潔 智能設施 有小艾音箱聯網服務，佈局也比較有意思，一次性牙具還蠻有設計 房間很暖和，中央空調很給力，感覺像有暖氣似的 睡的舒服 不足的是電動窗簾要麼全開 要麼全關，不能自己把握角度 隨州市裡紅綠燈太多了

結構合理，房間不大但該有的全都有，牀頭櫃分列兩側在功能上互不幹擾，茶台同時兼具卧室與衞生間的隔斷作用，淋浴、馬桶和洗手池三區獨立，雖然都不大但也都夠用，尤其淋浴間帶窗透氣特別好。床品很好又舒服，但枕巾可能是用的次數多了不夠白，估計洗後疊放也不規整，看起來像是用過沒換，上面還有根頭髮，結果換了一個還是一樣，就是沒頭髮了，服務員對於顯臟的説法不認同也委屈，建議定期更新吧，否則影響酒店形象。 房間處處都有代表隨州的鹿鶴圖案作為裝飾，提升了酒店形象和城市自豪感、責任感。 樓下的連鎖店華府小碗菜真不好吃，雖然服務很好。3km外吾悦廣場4層都是餐館，其中醉得意最棒，菜味好量大服務更是周到。

1.早餐很差，品種很少，麪條和粉很糊弄，居然要28一份，9點就沒有早餐了。 2.洗漱區和床鋪是緊挨在一起的，洗漱台特別低，水流特別大，水一開全都噴到地板上了。 3.升到麻將套房，麻將桌壞了，還不讓換到普通房，最後非要battle一番才給換。
