The hotel environment is very good, the space is large enough, and the living is very comfortable. The floor-to-ceiling windows are very well designed, and the sound insulation of the room is also very good 👍, there is no noisy sound

首先我到達酒店差不多在晚上九點半左右，酒店前台沒有開空調，整體悶熱，在辦理入住的時候前台服務員態度還可以，就是速度超級慢，我帶兩個寶寶和我媽媽，在等待的過程中又熱又急，等待中終於拿到房卡 帶着寶寶來到五樓到達房間門口時 卻打不開房門了，我又拿着房卡去到前台，問怎麼打不開房門 前台又重新開卡，上去幫忙打開了房門，進去房間之後 房間牀頭櫃的地方 有臭臭的味道，因為太晚了，也懶得換房間了，房間的整體設施比較破舊，雖然簡介上介紹是21年開始營業的，但是房間的設施不像是21年的，洗澡間的水上面寫着熱水需要放五分鐘左右，但是熱水開到底 15分鐘往上 水都不熱， 還有就是房間隔音非常差，早上大概四點左右就吵的睡不着了。整體感覺挺不好的。

環境很好，衞生乾淨，房間大而明亮，前台順務很熱情，停車方便，去哪1兒都能很快的坐到車，吃飯購物很便捷，值得推薦，價格挺優惠，下次還會再來

提前預訂後，到店説沒對應房型，大床沒了説給換標間，現場等待半小時左右前台告知直接換不了，需要取消後訂房。態度非常不好，直到説要平台投訴，才給辦理住宿，體驗非常差，酒店裡麪衞生跟招待所一樣。
