good for family stay and a lot of eatery downstairs and inside the mall beside.. booking via here, car parking is not included, but overall the stay is good.. tis hotel has no swimming pool, they share the pool facility with sunway lagoon hotel which is 15 min walk away

Highly recommended. The breakfast was good. The staffs are friendly and greet us well. The hotel a bit old but looks good. Next to shopping mall . Very convinient .my room is face sunway lagoon quite relaxing . Will book this hotel again.

Location is excellent , and we love hotel breakfast. Always our first choice to go with family especially with little kids

Best hotel I stayed. I would recommend to go stay here if you are going for the theme park.

Quality shampoo and body shampoo provided. Fast response to check in difficulty arise. Breakfast variety can be better. Breakfast need to walk to another hotel. Quite far.

I stayed here for 3 nights. The view from the hotel is nice! The hotel is connected to the shopping mall and it is easier to find anything I need.

Sunway Pyramid Hotel's location is excellent, connected straight to the shopping malls. The food offered by the resort cafe was great. Cleanliness needs to be improved.

I initially booked the deluxe room which was great. However, when I decided to extend my stay, I got the executive room instead. The hotel made it convenient & seamless for me by letting me do a direct transfer room to room which I appreciated. I did not have to check out at noon and wait till 3pm check-in time, to move into another room. I liked that everything I needed was provided. Ample shower, shampoo and toiletry products such as toothbrushes. toothpaste, facial cotton and q-tips. Water pressure was less powerful than the other room I had one floor down but still alright. The shower drainage was clogged causing a flooding in the bathroom but the issue was quickly resolved after I reported it to front desk. Drinking water was provided in recyclable glass bottles which they replenished daily, with coffee and tea making facilities. An ice bucket was also provided in-room. Just request for the ice and they will deliver to the room. Breakfast offerings was also extensive and of high quality with something for everyone. Location of hotel is excellent as it is directly connected to the shopping mall and Sunway theme park. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

We wanna enjoy relax from balcony and hot bath , This is our reason why we choose balcony room with bath tub . View from balcony is just The roof downstairs is right in front of you…. Bath tub hot water is lukewarm to me. and surprisingly room got kitchen ! Not like Hotel room. Other things is just normal. Oh , I ask about got swimming pool there before booking . Reply id yes , but it’s not there Sunway pyramid hotel , Gym and pool use Lagoon hotel one . Front desk Indian lady no explain about this ( even pyramid got gym , only for resort suits guest ) BREAKFAST IS GREAT ! A lots of choices. But every day same 😂 location is very convenience to shopping mall.

Convinet , connected to mall, overall very good
