Was a truly horrific experience. We were put in a cockroach infested room - even in the bed. There were thousands of them and we refused to stay. They moved us to another room and all the bedding smelt like stale sweat. We could not wait to leave - our worst accommodation for the whole of our Cambodian trip and it was the most expensive

I stayed there 2 days and the services that I received were great. The staff are very friendly and supportive. The bedroom was spacious and clean. a tropical swimming pool is relaxing, the Check in and check out process was very smooth. General Manager Mr. Willian with team is very helpful and assist all our needed, friendly and talented. I will stay there again.

Clean and well located in the centre of this small town, this is a good hotel for a night between PP and SR or vv. Staff friendly and as helpful as they could be given thier limited english. For £20 per nights what's not to like!

I stopped in this city becasue it's the only 'normal' place for a night btw PP and SR. Big "soviet" building. Good rooms and service; no amenties beyond. They made a special effort to accommodate my vegetarian non-Asian diet.

Bien situé au centre ville, cet hôtel est spacieux et confortable. Les chambres sont grandes et bien aménagées. Le hall d'accueil est grand. Le personnel à la réception est agréable et souriant. Le personnel du restaurant est agréable mais souffre d'un manque de formation. Nous avons pris un dîner qui était très moyen. Par contre le petit déjeuner était médiocre. Très peu de choix au buffet, sans goût et ce qui est étonnant pour un hôtel, les boissons chaudes étaient servies dans des gobelets en carton qui au bout de quelques minutes fuyaient par le bas ! Incroyable !
