With the exception of the check in process that was swift and check in agent was proactive , other services were a disappoin**ent , room towels were not replaced properly and when I requested for an ice bucket for a nose bleed, I had to go to the lobby myself as the receptionist told me over the phone that I have to head to the lobby myself as the counter would be unmanned despite knowing of my nosebleed.
