The worst hotel under Hilton that I had ever stayed. Totally far away from Hilton's standard! I was here for 6days5nights. Lots of hiccups and room for improvement. 1- No conceriage 2- No bell man service 3 - No room service 4 - Pillow wasn't nice to sleep on 5 - Room was okay, But when comes to daily housekeeping its just absurd nonsense - Daily room make up was not done throughly, Floor not vaccummed, bathroom not cleaned. It was till I made a complain to front desk then I come back with a clean room - The worst experience I had thus far as I have never stayed in a hotel whereby I come back daily with a unclean room. I understand that it might just be a 4star hotel but being under hilton, the basic standard should be expected! Nevertheless, I got to praised the front desk staffs for their good service and readiness when attending to request

Overall, the hotel is great. Good location, clean and spacious.. just some small issues. I find it annoying. 1) The hotel lifts can be more responsive and active. Half the time, it's only 1 lift moving when there are 6 lifts. Resulting in long wait time and frustration as during some busy period, you can't get into the lift. 2) The lift key card reader and control panel is only at 1 side of the lift. So it's very inconvenient and hard for guests to use, especially when the lift is packed. So you may miss your level by the time you manage to squeeze through to get your room card scan. 3) The check out process can be more efficient. Due to in house beverage available in the room, the staff need to check and verify the consumption during your check out Resulting in long wait time. Wastage of time and manpower. I think in these days and age, it would not be very useful to have these in the room. Especially the mall and convenience stores are all nearby. Unneeded offerings I feel. Other than the above, the hotel is great. Hope it helps.

This hotel is a temporary place for our family to stay after leaving Bangkok. The reason for choosing this hotel is not only the low price, but also the most important reason is the iconsiam shopping mall across the street. The children want to go to the naughty castle there to play. It is very convenient to live here. It is only a 3-5 minute walk away. I wrote a review for this hotel because it seems that few people have reviewed it from before I stayed until now. I can give it 4 stars based on my conscience. The room is indeed too small, and the shower head cannot be removed, but the cleanliness and service attitude are still worth the price of 200+ a night. All in all, it is still a small hotel with good value for money

It was a pleasant surprise. The room was exactly the same as the pictures. If you need cleaning, you can contact the landlord at any time. Siam World is across the street. There are TUTu taxis at the door. The staff helped me carry my 50-pound suitcase to the room without saying a word. When I left, the landlord sent me a message and asked me to notify him. He arranged for someone to carry my suitcase downstairs. Thank you very much! I didn't turn off the faucet properly, causing water leakage downstairs and I was complained. I wanted to compensate the landlord for the water fee, but the landlord refused. It was really great. Meeting such a landlord when you are away from home adds color and satisfaction to your trip!

The Peninsula Hotel is simply amazing! The experience has been superb since the moment of check-in. The room is extremely nice, with shiny and smooth floors. Even though the hotel has a long history, it still looks brand new. The staff in the restaurant are all very attentive and friendly, making us feel extremely welcome. I must give a special mention to Mr. KaiSong. He has arranged everything perfectly. From the check-in process to handling all the details, one can feel his dedication. Staying here is really a great pleasure, as if all problems have been taken care of flawlessly. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I come to Bangkok next time!

Останавливались на одну ночь, выбрали из-за близости к ТЦ ICONSIAM. Отель не очень понятный, ресепшн как таковой отсутствует, есть дверь в какой-то офис, всё оформление происходит там, но тебя туда не пускают, ещё возле входа есть какая-то почта, выдают посылки, ( может какая-то доставка арендует угол) . Занимали номер 418, очень сыро, запах сырого подвала, ни открытый балкон , ни кондиционер не помогли избавиться от запаха. Интерьер на минималках, вроде всё что нужно есть, и тут же есть недочёты, вместо шкафа просто пара плечиков на вешалке, в туалете бумага не новый рулон , а остаток от предыдущего посетителя, всего два банных полотенца, для лица полотенца не предусмотрены. В принципе на одну ночь можно и остановиться, но на длительный срок не рекомендую. В отеле нет лифта и с чемоданами взбираться на 4 этаж было некомфортно, сейф в номере отсутствует, но есть на выходе сейфы для каждого номера, в чем прикол непонятно, уж прилепить сейф в номер не сложно, благо размер номеров позволяет. И ещё, нет пожарной сигнализации, меня это прямо напрягло, сейчас даже ”собачью будку” заставляют оборудовать оповещателями, а тут забыли, и с проводкой сильно незаморачивались, просто в трубах кинули по стенам

Having spent 2 weeks on Koh Samui, we ended our trip to Thailand with a 3 night stay at the Royal Orchid Sheraton Riverside Hotel. It's an amazing hotel - very clean, staff very welcoming and most spoke excellent English which made things very easy for us. The view from every room is the river which provides a great outlook. The facilities are brilliant although we didn't have time to use them all! Both pools are in great locations and have a different vibe to each - equally relaxing. Large fluffy towels are in plentiful supply too. Can't fault the cleanliness of every space and the public areas were bustling but at the same time relaxing. Would recommend. There are high end shops and the only thing that was missing (in my opinion) was a small convenience store - we needed sun cream and had to go out for it.

The staff were all very friendly, and the butler was also very helpful. We received a bouquet and cake from the hotel to celebrate our anniversary, which made for a wonderful anniversary. We also visited the spa on the opposite shore, which took about 5 minutes by hotel shuttle boat, and this was also relaxing in a calm atmosphere. I would definitely like to stay here again.

First of all, the location is good, it's only ten minutes away from Siam Idol. There is basically no sun on the road. When you arrive at Siam Idol, you can choose to take a boat to Chinatown or the Grand Palace. Patpong Night Market is not recommended. Chinatown Night Market is recommended. The prices are clearly marked. It is recommended to take a motorcycle for travel. You can also go to see the scenery on the roof of Pixel Building. The hotel environment is at least not bad. The quilts and towels are clean and quiet. You can rest well at night. I highly recommend it. The boss is also very nice, the service is very enthusiastic and patient (because I can't understand Thai, the boss uses translation software and doesn't seem impatient). Good value for money.

We had a great stay in this hotel. The staff and personnel are all polite. The space is clean, especially the room. It is near the MRT line (Lat Phrao 101) which nakes traveling easier. The buffet is also delicious, my only recommendation is to offer a variety of foods every other day or once in a while. Overall 10 out of 10.

The sound of the next room is very loud, screaming throughout the night, but it's OK to sleep. Some of the equipment looks old and damaged. Cleanliness is OK. There is no elevator. There is a long table and two chairs. There is no kettle. I saw there was a coffee shop inside the accommodation but I've never seen one open 🥺

Great location. A few minute walk away from BACC, MBK mall, Siam area, centralwOrld, Jim Thompson museum, BTS station, etc. The room is the perfect size for me. Big windows, and a small smoking area you can access. Doesn't feel claustrophobic. Staff is also friendly, and very helpful. I just don't like how their towels are not white. Feels dirty. I didn't use them to dry myself. The toiletries must be requested from the staff. They have a list of available items. I prefer having them laid out already. I think the walls are kinda thin, I can hear my neighbors moving about.

It's cool, the location is very convenient, and the price is not too expensive. The bed is not too soft not too hard, and i booked a room with window so it's perfect (not for the view though) just feeling better when you have window in a room. i stayed there for 4 night and my gf did a online purchase, the security can help you to pick up your package! That's pretty cool , the hood is full of kitten and stray cat, the security saw us playing with stray cat and even gave us cat treat to feed them, what a kindness is that!

Great rooms with everything that you need. We were a family of 8 and we had a great stay at Shan Villa. Though it is not near to any BTS, there is free shuttle service that brings you to one at different time intervals. There are nearby eating places and 7-11. Not forgetting the restaurant at the top floor has instagrammablr photo spots. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely choose this place again if we travel in big groups again.

The room, bedroom, bathroom was really clean. The food was really good as well. The 2 nights we strayed there was a pool party on top. We could enjoy the pool, tough. Only think we didn’t like was that on the last day it was an out-gate with the electricity so the lifts were not working. Which is ok. But we needed to take all our luggage 15 floors down. A manager on the 15th floor saw us leaving with the suitcases but she didn’t call any staff to help us. They even offered us a drink. Nothing. Only the say sorry, sorry and that’s is. Please next time have an emergency plan designed for the comfort of the guests. Pdta: they gave us a dessert because our honeymoon, which was a good detail.

Deluxe Apartment. 60 sqm, 110,000 won for 2 nights. Pros 1. Considering the price, I can't help but give it 5 stars. 2. The room is very spacious and there are separate bedrooms. Each has its own air conditioner. 3. The bed and bedding are good. 4. It was well cleaned and there were no strange smells. Cons 1. The room is a bit dark even when the light is on. 2. Great location; not in the centre of the craziness but just a quick walk to the centre of it all. The hotel is also right in the street of an up and coming area getting filled with lovely restaurants and coffee shops and new bars perfect for Instagram pictures. The room itself was also better than what I expected considering how low the price was. The hotel also has its own little restaurant that is open from “dawn till dusk” with very delicious food.

I was just a single person on a business trip. I chose this hotel for 3 days because it had a high rating on Ctrip and was not expensive. It was as expected. It is convenient to travel under the subway station bridge. The room is small and exquisite. You have to climb a small staircase to get to the bed. The soundproofing is good. I slept well. The toilet is shared but it is cleaned very well. You can use it with confidence.

I had an outstanding stay at Ibis Styles Bangkok Hotel! The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. First, let me say that your hotel’s location is fantastic. Being situated opposite Park Silom, with restaurants and a 24-hour supermarket inside, is incredibly convenient. Additionally, having a 24-hour McDonald’s next door and being just a 5-minute walk from BTS Sala Daeng made my stay even more enjoyable. However, I did encounter an issue during check-out that left me feeling disappointed. The male staff member who handled my check-out (unfortunately, I couldn’t catch his name) was not very friendly. Due to the nature of the items in the room being mostly purchaseable, I was told to wait 10 minutes for a check to ensure nothing was taken. After the 10 minutes had passed, no one updated me on the status, and I had to approach the counter myself to ask if everything was settled. A lady staff member then confirmed that all was in order. I believe it would be much better if the staff took the initiative to inform guests once the check is complete, rather than leaving us waiting without clear communication. While I appreciate the thoroughness of the process, the long wait and lack of proactive communication could be improved for a smoother check-out experience.

The room cleaning service on 6 Oct unfortunately does not demonstrate the standard we expect from JAL. The staff seems to be in a rush, hence removes our clothes from the bed to the table with little care, leaving them in a mess. This is totally in contrast with what is observed one day before, when the clothes are nicely placed flat on bed. Another issue of concern is the rough handling of guest’s charging cable. When we returns to the hotel at night, it is seen stuck in the gap of the drawer, which makes my friend quite upset. Therefore, before a high-score rating can be given, the management is kindly advised to review the way in which the room cleaning service is delivered to customers.
