A dump...Pure and simple....There's a reason they call it "The Zoo" I guess. Stay elsewhere....trust me! I honestly cannot understand how things are considered acceptable in this town...This would never pass in any other town/city.

Wifi here is ridiculous … I need wifi to work and I lost all my night because of the wifi .. room is pretty but no WiFi like we are still in 1959 .. ridiculous … a dump in my opinion never again … I try to speak to someone in the morning but nobody in the reception lol

We really enjoyed this hotel. It was one of the most equipped we’ve stayed in. Bed was comfortable. Full kitchen was great. Very clean, new, and the staff were extremely accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.
