I booked traditional Thai massage as a gift to my fellow, initially confirming me by email for a couple massage, not required, but then after a second mail confirming traditional Thai massage. On the day of the booking we arrive, very kind staff, great welcome, when my fellow comes out tells me that massage was not traditional but with oil. I ask for explanations and I am told that the girl was wrong to read the booking and they apologize. We went down a bit bitterly because I had also booked the dinner, we ordered and, surprised! The Thai cook is not there and so we can't eat Thai! And no one has told us! I think the hotel's interior structures should talk about them and know them about these things! So at the end a different massage was made from the booked, we eat things other than those hoped ...e that add ...maybe they should pay more attention to the customer ...not always the gentleness or good alternative service can The day that has been half destroyed.
