4 people, 2 nights in 2 rooms. This is an excellent, well rounded place to stay. Check in went quick and front desk was very friendly and professional. The room very adequate and very clean and tidy (I'm a little picky about cleanliness in general). No need to bring shampoo, conditioner or body gel. There are huge dispensers of each in the showers-I will remember next time so I don't need to bring those. Also lotion & bar soaps provided. Their eye to details were great - even down to providing 2 pillows per person with them labeled on the pillowcase SOFT or FIRM! Love it no guessing or just providing all medium pillows. I like firm, hubs likes soft :) This was EWU move in weekend & the occupancy was a little crazy so a couple little things showed up in the lacking dept...the maids didn't take away & replace dirty towels or take away misc breakfast dishes/garbage. And when I went to pick up breakfast (which was great by the way) I was the 9th group to pick up & nothing was ready-it took quite a bit of time to get it. Glad I wasn't on a tight time frame that morning. Second morning we skipped breakfast because of the wait time etc. Can't eat cold eggs 2 mornings in a row. Every interaction night and day with the front desk they were extremely friendly, helpful and multitasking like crazy-and got everything right, including helping me charge waters to my room through the side window while he had a line waiting-a nice gentleman on duty 9/18/20 8pm. Thank you for such great service during an incredibly busy time for you.

When I made my reservation, I requested a room with a refrigerator and microwave. I have a medical need and prescriptions and special diet needs that need to be chilled. When I arrived and went to my room, I saw there was no refrigerator. I went back downstairs and asked for a room with a refrigerator, telling Katie at the front desk that I had a medical need for one. This was at 4:45 pm, many guests not checked in yet. Without even looking at reservations or rooms in the computer, Katie snarks out that the hotel is completely booked and that I could keep my personal prescribed medications and other items in their public refrigerator located in their laundry room that other people have access to. OMG. I had to go out and buy a styrofoam cooler, due the ice thing, which made things damp. While I was headed out the door to do that, I heard Katie checking in a couple that did not have a reservation and heard her telling them that she only had a few rooms downstairs. So, Katie lied to me. Next morning, the shower water was barely lukewarm. I jumped in anyways, and after about a minute and a half, the water went cold forcing me to jump out without finishing my shower. When I called the front desk to complain about that, and mentioned that I was the one who needed a refrigerator, Katie was really rude to me, said she would send her maintenance guy up and that she had told me I could keep my private prescribed medications in the refrigerator downstairs, and then Katie hung up on me as I began asking for some discount. I went to call back, and Katie hung up on me again. Maintenance guy came up (he could not do anything) but I wanted him there to verify barely lukewarm water that cooled as it ran. He told me I could call the general manager and/or the owner. I tried, but it was Katie who answers the numbers on the business cards. I went down to the lobby, saw the maintenance guy and asked him again about contacting the manager - Katie heard the question and snarked out ”we do not give out their contact information.” Okay - at that point I am really upset, and I had to leave soon to go to a family event in Spokane that I had traveled there to see. I went back to my room, and grabbed one of my business cards, went back downstairs, put my card on the counter in front of Katie and told her to have the manager call me. I am an attorney and that is what my business card reflects. I should not have had to do that and it gave me no pleasure to have to fight for myself Wouldn't you know it, about 20 minutes later Katie was calling my room to nicely inform me that she had another room to transfer me into which also included a refrigerator. My family trip was already ruined, then it took me time to change rooms which caused me to be late to pick up my mother. As I was transferring to the other room down the hall and grumbling about Katie to a maid, the nice maid told me how to get a hold of the manager and when he would be at the hotel, and that I needed to let him

We flew into Spokane for a nice long road trip to explore this part of the USA. This hotel was where we stayed for a few days at the beginning of the trip, and we liked it so much that we returned there for the final night. It is in a primo location. A castle up on the hill with beautiful sunsets. We had planned to stay nearer to the airport on our last night but we liked this hotel and the location worked out well. The rooms were very very clean and the staff were nice and helpful. We had a little problem with the refrigerator in the room, they immediately sent maintenance to replace it. Breakfast was good, basic HIEX done well, they were keeping it clean and fresh. We chatted with the lady staffing the breakfast, and she was really nice and friendly. Nice little balcony overlooking the river, there were hotels on the river but this one is across the road. The location, up on the hill, so pretty. It’s got nice landscaping and some fragrant flowers planted near the front door. Parking was not a problem until that final night, the hotel was full and we were lucky to find a place right by the door. They bake fresh cookies every night and have them available for free at the front desk, really nice especially during these crazy times. Will stay here again when we return to the area. It was easy to walk to our car rental place, about a mile away.

Very clean and close to what we came for. Would recommend this hotel to everyone. They had a very good breakfast we didn’t get to eat any other meals there. The pillows were good the bed was a little to hard for my comfort not really bad just a little.

We loved the pool, gym, and Pepper room(games, tv, pool table, foosball, hang out area} were open 24 hours for the kids as long as an adult were present. Not like some hotels were kids are kicked out after 9PM. We had 4 families traveling in our group with kids from 9-14 yrs old and they all had fun hanging out, swimming and playing in the Pepper room. The manager and the staff were awesome! Really made us feel welcome. Great hot breakfast with lots of choices. Great location between Spokane and Coeur D'Alene and about 35 minutes from Silverwood.

I was in town to visit family and had a nice safe haven at the Hotel Ruby! The staff was exceptionally kind, the room was clean and cute and the rates were really good. The location was great, I enjoyed getting up in the morning and going for a nice walk to grab coffee. A really good home base!
Courtyard Spokane Downtown at the Convention Center

I was in the week of October 16-22, for a conference. The hotel is a fantastic location, in front of Riverside Park, which is the centre of Spokane, two steps from the congress centre, which reaches walking by the Centennial Trail, a path that costs Spokane River for 38 miles eastward. West. It is advisable for those who have to go to work at the congress centre. They also have the Starbucks in the lobby, and the strippers of long chairs in front of the TV, always in the lobby (very Stefano? :-) The rooms are clean and comfortable, soft and large beds, as in the American style. Then Spokane is a city in the midst of a fabulous nature, in the amazing Washington State.
