Outstanding

We always stay in Holiday Inns and on this particular vacation this was our 4th stop. It was by far the best all because of the staffs incredible nature's and personalities! Everyone was smiling and friendly, willing to help with no question and full of welcoming words! Ariel was the first face we saw and she was the perfect gal to welcome us. So cheery and bright! Whoever hires the staff at this hotel is brilliant! People relations takes a good hotel to an outstanding hotel and Elko has mastered it complete with a great breakfast!

GGuest UserPretty nice hotel, at a very reasonable rate. A little older but everything seemed pretty solid, friendly staff. Location is fine, about 1 mile from downtown, possible to walk if you want. Large lounge, business lounge and probably conference rooms if you need that. On site restaurant, didn't try

Last-minute change from another hotel to this one was wonderfully accommodated by Diamond at the front desk. She easily got me checked in for a one-week stay with zero problems or drama. Originally planned to stay at a different hotel, but upon arriving at that hotel didn't like what I saw and looked for other options, and found this Marriott. After a very long drive, it was a great experience to be be assisted by someone like Diamond upon check-in, who expressed a genuine interest in providing excellent customer service. Next time we are in Elko, we will be staying here again. The hotel is newer, everything is clean and has a good presentation. Zero complaints.

Very Good

GGuest UserChecked in and headed up to the room. It was Mom, Sis and me. I booked a 3 queen suite. It has 2 beds in the main area and 1 in a bedroom. Started in Rm 200. Walked in and it was obvious the AC wasn't working in the main room. The bedroom AC was working. We called the front desk and they sent maintenance up. Took about 15 minutes for them to decide it was broken. They left and we waited another 15 minutes but didn't hear anything. Mom called down and they had already changed our booking to another room, identical to the one we were in. Manager and Security came and helped us move. New room was nice and cool. Both rooms had a TV. Room has a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The rooms are showing their age, peeling wallpaper for example. Some upgrades like the carpet and alarm clocks. Lastly, the beds are very firm.

The hotel is in a good location, there are many restaurants around ten minutes drive, especially suitable for rest and like this town.

JJINGThe location is very good, the free parking lot is large, the parking space is sufficient, the hotel has a complimentary breakfast, the service is warm and thoughtful, clean and tidy. There are large supermarkets and restaurants in the walk for about 5 minutes. It is very convenient to eat, shop and refuel.

Facilities: There are no chairs in the bedroom, but there is a countertop and chair in the accessible bathroom. The air conditioner cannot be completely turned off, and the wind will come out every 20 minutes for a few minutes. Finding a staff member to repair and not solve the problem. Fortunately, the cold or hot air is natural wind.
