1. The living environment is elegant and quiet, and the surrounding area is safe and comfortable. 2. It is a 15-minute walk from the nucleic acid detection point and a 25-minute walk from the shopping center. 3. The hotel staff can communicate in Chinese, the service is thoughtful, the attitude is kind, and they have a full sense of security. 4. The hotel is very user-friendly. Even if you check out, you can rest and wait in the living room of the hotel.
Auckland Airport Lodge

Booked a suite for 7 people, with a double bed and a single bed in the two rooms and a sofa bed in the other. The location of the hotel is close to the airport, there is an airport shuttle bus, there is McDonald's nearby, and it is convenient to go there when it is late.

It was a lovely stay. Nice and clean. My guest friends loved it too. Very handy to shops. The motel is adjacent to a restaurant. Will come and stay again soon and use the restaurant. The man at the reception is very helpful.
Quest Mount Eden

Fantastic place, extremely clean and tidy. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment. It had everything you need in a kitchen to make the basics - though we just made a cheese etc platter and then had a few glasses of wine. TV in both the lounge and the bedroom. I was able to arrange early check-in, I just phoned ahead on the day to make sure it was still okay. Very quiet. Such a great location; a home away from home really. Will 100% be back!

Having to come to Auckland after the sudden death of my father we were pleased to be able to book our first night at the Quest, but disappointed we couldn’t stay for the duration of our visit. Again superb service on arrival which was again surpassed after lunch. Arriving back at the hotel , Atek the duty manager advised us that due to a cancellation and changes made by the staff we could in fact stay at the Quest for our time here. Atek your empathy, efficiency and caring made a difficult situation so much better. The Quest Hotel is indeed fortunate to have you as an employee and you will always be remembered by us for your caring and genuine understanding. The word has been spread around my family and friends. Well done Atek and the Quest. Again nothing but superb service and accommodation. Thank you. Mike and Kay Legge. May 09 2022.

North Shore
Originally through work I was booked a studio room - when I checked in the lady at the front desk was lovely. When I entered my room it smelled strongly of cleaner but unfortunately the bathroom/shower area was still disappointing. There was a lot of mould and grime in the shower area and the grout of the tiles. I couldn't have showered there. When I went back to the front desk to explain, and enquire about another room, I was kindly upgraded to one of the apartments beside the Burger King and had a much more pleasing stay. The apartment was new, sleek, super clean and had beautiful finishings. I would definitely stay in the apartments again. It was near to lots of different eateries, conveniently close to the motorway and a great location.
