Chaming family run hotel, 7 minutes from the main square and 8 minutes to railway and train station. clean room, Bed comfortable, shower worked well, plenty of hot water, small fridge in room filled with beer, water ect. Good breakfast, they were very kind and helpful, we enjoyed our four night stay. They have a restaurant in the town that we went to and had an excellent dinner.Very good 3 star hotel close to centre. We walked down to get boat to Carpri, but suggest getting to bus back up. Took the train, too. Pompei very easy, and the station is very close to the entrance. Went by bus to Positano(which also goes on to Almafi) for the day, bit windy so not ideal for those who get car sick.At Positano We had to walkdown and back up to get the bus.Not all places open in February so March would be a good time when things start opening up. We had a great 3 days.

Great small family run hotel. The biggie here is that the rooms have what I can best describe as a fold down Murphy bunkbed for kids. So if you are travelling as a family with younger kids this place is ideal. I am not sure why all hotel rooms don't have this. My kids are older now, but this would have been so much more convenient when they were little. The staff was great. Breakfast is good. Charming place. Convenient to the touristy downtown without being in the touristy down town. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable. Typical of European hotels the rooms are small, but comfortable and clean. There is a small elevator. We enjoyed our stay here.

The bathroom.smelled so bad. the shower was overflowing & blocked. The shower door was sticking & wouldn't close properly. The lift doors didn't open on the first night so we're afraid to use it. I mentioned this to the manager. And she becaome so annoyed & irritated. This lady should NOT be in her role! Beds were so hard & pillows lumpy, we just left & booked another hotel

The concierge service at this hotel was five-star. Staff helped us book the best Amalfi coast boat tour, and at a lower cost than using the online platforms. The affiliate restaurant also owned by the Savanese family, ReFood, was incredible. We enjoyed the best dinner of our entire month-long tour of Italy at this lovely restaurant in the center of Sorrento. The hotel is an easy 5-10 minute walk up the hill from the crowded main plaza. Everything we needed was within walking distance. The room was very comfortable and well furnished. Service was excellent, as were the breakfasts. We hope to return.

This small family run hotel is lovely. Rosa and her daughter Sarah, and the rest of the staff were kind, friendly and very helpful. The room was very large. Spotless! Excellent breakfast. About a 5 minute walk to Piazza Tasso.

We really enjoyed our stay here. I love that it's family run, though I think they can get a bit stressed out, especially at breakfast. The breakfast is delicious and they take it seriously. As tea drinkers we were very happy for a very hot pot of tea in the morning! That's not easy to come by. Their daughter was very helpful and gave us excellent beach tips! I love that the family dog is at reception in the morning and the cat is around at night. It felt like a family-run hotel rather than a corporate monstrosity. I love too that the rooms are in a segregated section of a residence. It's nice to feel, even slightly, integrated. This was a great place to come home to after a day of activity. We loved returning, picking up a tea and small pastry from the bakery two doors down, and sitting on the balcony watching the world go by. Especially entertaining and fascinating was watching men pick up large objects at the little hardware store next door and then drive away with them on their scooters. One negative is the shower backs up so I had to turn the water off mid-shower to avoid overflow. It's a small thing and had no impact on our enjoyment overall. It's in a super convenient location just outside of all the hustle and bustle. I would happily go back.

Lovely hotel with attentive and friendly staff. We arrived late (11.30pm) and the owner was still dressed and able to show us to our room. Unfortunately my friend had a sudden onset health issue and the daughter (Sara) called a doctor, bought medical supplies to our room, and arranged a taxi to hospital. She has excellent English and helped us organise transport via the hospital on the day we had to leave. She also has a lovely little dog called Jolie! Breakfast was a nice buffet with lots of choice, hot pancake or eggs. Helpful with advice regarding locating the train and other day trips. I would recommend and be happy to stay again.

How do I even start?... On the first day we were greeted with a dirty plaster (bandaid) on the floor, plaster above the door that crumbled off when we shut it, and hairs and stains embedded into the towels. Also to our surprise, this building is shared with long-term residents. Shortly in to our stay, we found out that the window above the toilet looked right on to someone else's balcony (possibly a long-term resident). I am not exaggerating when I say that someone could've very easily poked their arms into our bathroom if they had wanted to (pictures attached). Of course, I'm not saying that this will be the case with every room but it is worth mentioning. Although paying for breakfast, we did not eat it once after I saw bugs crawling over a pastry I was seconds away from putting in my mouth... need I say more. To be honest, these things would not have been a massive issue as we weren't in the hotel much, and it was only a budget-friendly option, but what really made this a 1 star is the rude and obnoxious staff. Some staff were lovely, however one lady in particular on the front desk was extremely condescending. One day she told us that we need to keep the money for the transfer (which the hotel booked for us) for the driver when he picks us up, The following day she told us that she had never said that and inferred that we were lying. The positive aspects of this hotel were the location and the nice view from the balcony. It is only a short walk away from the main square and there are plenty of food places and convenience shops near by. In short however, we will not be returning.

Wow!! What a lovely family hotel. Greeted by the lovely daughter and instantly told I’ve been upgraded to a double room. Shown personality to my room. Offered many services from trips to breakfast and dining recommendations. Spent 3 lovely nights here. Very clean Great pillows and amazing high pressure hot showers. Great free WiFi. Their attention to detail and my needs / wants and desires was amazing. Breakfast very nice lots of choices. Thanks for the croissants to eat in my journey home. Only recommendation for future. Maybe a kettle in the room. Thanks Vics
