Sopotorium Medical Resort

Lovely staff, Filip in the reception was excellent! He helped us with activities and what to do in Gdynia and Sopot. Very clean room and hotel. Very environmental friendly. We got a room with a great view over a park. Close walk to Sopot city and beach walk.

Liked: Good location, nice spacious modern rooms, close to the beach, good breakfast choices. I checked in early with no extra charges, and it was nice after a long journey. Disliked: Bins empty daily, but room clean only upon request strange at 4 star Hotel

We did not stay at the resort, but just went to the bar/restaurant for a drink and something to eat. They have an excellent choice of cocktails including some interesting quite original ones with herbs. The staff was very attentive and helpful with choosing the cocktails The food was also excellent.

First impression was very positive. Check-in was quick. Room although small was adequate and had everything that you needed ie. Comfy double bed and nice bed linen, desk and chair, I loved the comfy armchair which was a nice touch after a long days walk, bathroom was lovely and clean with a walk-in shower and fresh towels and bathrobe. An oversized bathrobe would however be nice:). Upon walking into the room there was a TV recording with a nice voice saying that „delektuje sie spokojem.. uspokoic oddech… „ itd. ( delecting in peace and quiet, and calmness) However this seemed to be an over promise:(. After entering the spa/pool area after 17:00 there seemed to be an aquapark for families and children:( . The atomosphere was very rowdy and not very relaxing:(. Also, the quiet zone „strefa ciszy” was not respected by guests. So overall the general „spa” feeling was not quite as expected. The rooftop terrace was nice. I decided to have the buffet dinner for 69zl and the food was very mediocre:(. The breakfast buffet was adequate. Overall, I would return however it would be appreciated if the management would define the hotel as an adult only spa or define specific hours for kids in the pool area.

Spacious, clean rooms with a balcony as well in our case. Superfriendly staff and a cosy lobbybar with 5 stardrinks and livemusic some nights. Big swimmingpool, different saunas and a very comfortable jacuzzi! Tell the reception if you want your room made up.

This hotel is in an excellent location near the sea and Sopot's Downtown and close to many bars and restaurants. It is also around 15 minutes walk to the longest wooden pier in EU. The rooms were spacious, modern and tastefully decorated. The bed itself was also extremely comfortable.

I recently stayed at this hotel, excellent and friendly staff. The Spa was definitely worth a visit and nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. Would stay again and recommend with no hesitation
