The hotel is brand new, in fact it opened about a month ago, on 11 March 2024. I stayed there a couple of weeks after opening, a few days before Easter, and the experience was terrible to say the least. In the room I found a temperature of almost 25 degrees, even though it was cold outside. However, there was no way to adjust the thermostat to lower the temperature or even the possibility of turning it off, and even with the window open (the little it was possible to open as there was a block) I was unable to bring down the unbearable temperature of the room. I reported this to reception and was told that the problem was throughout the hotel, so even if I changed rooms nothing would change. Result: sleepless night in what looked more like a sauna than a hotel room. Furthermore, the room lacked a hairdryer, which I had to ask the maid to bring, but when it arrived it had a German-type socket that was incompatible with those in the room and the safe didn't work because it had no batteries. When I then unplugged the cell phone charger from the socket, the entire block with the socket and switches came out of the wall. For a brand new hotel I would have expected a little more care towards customers in solving small problems that may arise after the inauguration. The rooms are also quite noisy, as the hotel faces a busy road and the railway passes in the back. To make sure you don't miss anything, there is also the noise of planes taking off from Malpensa, which pass almost directly over the hotel. Without a car you are out of this world: the hotel is in fact in a very isolated position and to get to the first bar or restaurant you have to walk at least 20 minutes along a very busy road. Connections to the airport are also non-existent: while almost all the nearby hotels belonging to competing chains offer a shuttle bus service, here it is not provided, so you have to spend at least 40 euros in a taxi there and back to get there. Fortunately in this period the rates are around 70 euros for the cheapest rooms, but for the quality offered in my opinion they are also excessive. Upon departure I asked to speak to a manager to report all the inconveniences I had experienced but no one bothered to meet me, I then sent an email to report the inefficiencies, which however never received a response. Due to the terrible quality offered and the disinterest shown towards customers, I strongly advise against the hotel.
