氛圍感拉滿的京都感覺。
住了兩晚，暴走京都，因為所有的景點都在步行15分鐘-20分鐘之內，對於想好好體驗古城感覺的人來講，再合適不過了！
唯一不足的是，隔音效果不太好，如果睡眠淺的人，要注意這一點，但是一般讓前台提醒一下，也會控制好。

A well-run hotel with spacious rooms in a quiet, appealing neighborhood within walking distance of the subway. Very helpful staff -- I arrived after the doors had closed for the night and the receptionist stayed late to let me in with kindness. Spotless laundry machines and both Japanese and Western rooms available.

We had a great time at this hotel. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They had assisted me when I lost my cell phone during the stay in Kyoto. Appreciated their help. I would highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location too.

Place was great and as described. It was really clean and very close to a lot of places we wanted to visit including Gion and Nishiki market. Room was a bit dark and it would have been great if it was a bit bigger too.

Great staff, really nice and helpful. Very clean and traditional. Perfect area for eating and shopping. Walking distance to nishiki market, the goon district, yasaka pagoda. The staff really makes you feel welcomed .

Good choice if you want a stylish, clean and quality oriented boutique hotel in the heart of Kyoto. Traditional japanese and modern thinking are blended together with great amount of good taste. Location is very good - quiet area but still close to Gion, Nishiki Market, Shijo Dori areas etc.. Walking distance to many attractions and public transport also.

Booked a queen suite but be warned they have interconnecting doors so you can hear your neighbours very clearly, and very little storage.
We had to leave this hotel after 2 hours after finding an infestation of insects/bugs that looked like large cockroaches in the room. Staff sprayed whilst we were still in the room leaving us coughing and didn’t have any spare rooms to offer us. We found alternative accommodation and ******* were amazing at refunding us.
I would strongly advise not to book this hotel.
