Next to the Cultural Square, close to the subway station, the hotel facilities are good, the room is spacious and bright

We liked it. It was a quiet room, also clean, but there wasn't a single German channel on the TV. Breakfast was good too.

We had a wonderful stay at the Rosslyn Central Park Hotel. We requested a high floor with a view of the National Palace of Culture and we were delighted with our room on the 9th floor. We took the metro from the airport which was easy to navigate and only around £0.80 with the metro stop being very close to the hotel. Check in was very quick and the receptionist was very professional and friendly. Breakfast was good and the staff in there were very happy to help my husband practice his Bulgarian. The hotel is opposite the wonderful gardens of the National Palace of Culture and a few minutes to walk to the pedestrianised area Vitosha with lots of shops & restaurants. We chose this hotel as we have stayed in the Rosslyn hotel in Varna twice and we weren't disappointed.

Excellent location for a tourist in Sofia. Friendly welcome and parking had been reserved for us (only three spaces so be sure to request this when booking - additional cost applies). Room was clean and spacious. You can hear traffic all night so if you need a quiet room ask for a room at rear of hotel. We enjoyed the noise as the NDK across the road had a great vibe. After walking all day, we opened the window and sat with wine, listening to the band playing in the park. This was because the lobby bar was closed on the first night (11pm), and appeared unmanned on the second (10:30pm). Would def stay again though.

Stayed in this hotel from 14th to the 17th of Sep. I can say for sure that it's not a 4* hotel, I gave 3* only because of the kind & helpful staff. Positives: staff, location, that's all. Negatives: Rooms are OK, bathroom is clean, curtains in our room were dirty. No water is provided on daily basis (it's normal practice to provide water even in 2 star hotels acrossEurope), breakfast was very poor, no variety of food provided for the vegetarians, we had the same food every morning 😢. The smell of the foyer hits you the minute you enter the hotel because of bar maybe (not sure where's the source of the unpleasant smell?). Thank you to all hardworking staff, but management should think about the points made above, not just by me but a few other guests.

My friend and I stayed here for the majority of our stay in Sofia. It was a great location. The hotel is across the street from a beautiful park, it's about a 7 minute walk to a promenade filled with shops and restaurants. It's also very close to public transportation. There is a metro stop across the street, buses, whatever public transportation you need is right outside the door. The room was super quiet. I know there were other people on our floor, but I never heard anyone. It was one of the quietest hotels I've been to, which was awesome since I'm a light sleeper. The water pressure in the shower was good, the drainage was good, and there was room by the sink to place your toiletries. The staff were all nice and helpful. The only negative was that the air conditioner seemed to be central by the hotel. Even if I lowered it, the temperature didn't seem to change. That being said, I would definitely stay there again if I went to Sofia.

Room was amazing as soon as we came to the hotel the reception and the porter were very attentive she gave us all recommendations where to eat and what to do in the area she even gave us a room that was available to check in before check in time on a high floor. Location was amazing and close everything

I stayed in the hotel for three nights. The rooms are comfortable, clean, the maid cleaned the room every morning in record time while I was at breakfast, which is solid. The hotel is located near the city center, so the position is excellent. The taxi stand is nearby, the staff at the reception are young, smiling and always at your service. Keep it up!
