Hotel Halrotto Fukuoka Hakata

The location is incredibly convenient, about a 5 to 10-minute walk from Hakata Station. Plus, the airport bus stop is nearby. If you're joining a day trip, the meeting point is also at Hakata Station. The hotel's location is excellent. Towels are replaced daily, and there are free toothbrushes, toothpicks, face towels, and more available. The ground floor also has a coffee machine, washing machine, and tea bags. For a short trip, this is an excellent choice.

There wasn't staff at the front desk, but they responded promptly when called via the internal phone. All the staff members were very pleasant and helpful!

I was expecting a cramped room where I couldn't even open my suitcase, but when I got to the twin room, I was pleasantly surprised. There was plenty of space to fully open my suitcase and still have room to spare. It was an excellent hotel for the price. I'll definitely rebook if I visit Fukuoka again!

I was a little worried about noise, since the hotel is so close to the restaurant district, but it wasn't an issue at all. I had a very comfortable night's stay. The self-check-in terminal was a bit tricky to use, but the staff were very kind and helped me over the phone, so I was able to check in smoothly. There are also many convenience stores and restaurants within walking distance, so you won't have any problems finding food or supplies.

Honestly, based on reviews, I was expecting the bare minimum from this hotel, but everything actually turned out great. The room was quite comfortable, I could open my suitcase without it blocking the bathroom door. Everything was clean, and the room felt quite new. I stayed for three nights and was happy with everything. I didn't have breakfast, so I can't give advice on that. Otherwise, if you're looking for a decent business hotel that's affordable and not too far from the station, this is a good choice.
