Came here 11th Aug for a week with 2 other families we stayed in the wigwams, I have been before & recommended it to our friends, as we had a fantastic time last time, don’t get me wrong we still Had a good time as we had friends with us, but I don’t think Our experience would have been the same had it just been my family!!. We didn’t feel like we should be there as we was English my son lives in Germany and him & his family joined us for the weekend and they had a different welcome as they spoke German. There’s lots to do, we ventured out and about too, would benefit having leaflets in reception or shops for other places to explore. PROS * excellent theme park for all age groups Aqua mexicana was great when the slides was open Well stocked shop on site Food & drink places are plentiful Wigwam was a great experience stocked well Outdoor kids pool CONS would benefit a play park near accommodation Food & drink closed when theme park closed Shop closed pretty early too Didn’t feel very welcomed us being English

Bij aankomst om 13u konden we nog niet id wigwam en gingen we naar het pretpark. Na sluiting stoten we op een wachtrij van gewelste. Ik heb 2u!! Staan aanschuiven om de sleutel te krijgen. Schandalig Wigwam zou volledig uigeruste keuken hebben. Helaas, zelfs geen warm water, waterkoker of mucrogolfoven. Pretpark op zich was ok, geen lange wachtrijen. Het valt wel op dat veel attracties en eetgelegenheden gesloten zijn.

Boeking bij Slagharen gedaan, kort daarna (3 dagen) bleek exact dezelfde accommodatie ruim €190 goedkoper te zijn. Klantenservice gaf geen enkele coulance. Erg teleurstellend voor klantvriendelijkheid.

Oud, onderhoud aan attracties discutabel en service ver te zoeken. Parkeerterrein slecht en ook nog eens extreem duur derhalve € 12,50 gebaseerd op zakkenvullen en klanten uitknijpen… : mensen hier niet naar toe gaan.

3 uren alvorens we in ons vakantiehuis (Raccoon) konden. Batterijen van slot waren blijkbaar aan vervanging toe. 3 uur!!! En geen enkele vorm van excuses, niets. En dat in een zogenaamd “beschaafd” land. Bedroevend, echt. Vakantiewoning zelf was wel ok, blijkbaar nog niet lang geleden gerenoveerd. Sanitair ok. Pretpark zelf is dringend aan grondige renovatie toe. Roest op stalen constructies. Houten constructies die dringend laag verf nodig hebben. Wat wel ok was waren de aanplantingen. Wat ook in orde was was de bewaking/toezicht in het zwembad. Pizza’s bij Randy’s waren ok maar de aangekondigde 4de gratis pizza konden we vergeten. Spijtig. Allemaal overdreven winstbejag.

Voor ons de laatste keer... Mega verouderd park. Zelfs de 'nieuwe' attracties mankeren van alles. We waren er om 10.30 uur in, en om 15.00 uur alweer weg. Met pubers hoef je hier echt niet heen — er is gewoon niks te beleven voor die leeftijd. Hooguit kinderen tot een jaar of 10 kunnen zich een beetje vermaken, maar zelfs dat is matig. Eten? Belachelijk duur. €15 voor een zielig bakje patat met een vieze burger. Shows? Weg. En er is niks voor in de plaats gekomen. Slagharen was ooit een gezellig familiepark, maar dat is al lang verleden tijd. Wij hebben afscheid genomen van ponypark Slagharen. Zonde van ons geld. Volgende keer gewoon Hellendoorn

Mijn zoontje van 4 net hardhandig door een medewerker van de kabelbaan van een kar afgetrokken en vervolgens hard geduwd richting de uitgang. Mijn zoontje heeft pijn aan zijn arm en is er echt van geschrokken. Toen ik haar aansprak zei ze sorry ik heb het heel druk want moet beide kanten in de gaten houden. Dit is onacceptabel en snap niet dat ze zulke mensen aannemen en op zulke plekken plaatsen. Een jong meisje met lang blond haar in een paardenstaart.
