Front desk staff was friendly and gave me a couple of extra water bottles for free. The rooms are as advertised, small but clean and has a simple bathroom. I checked in the evening before my morning flight out of Singapore and would recommend it to people looking for a good budget airport hotel.

Family enjoyed the staycation and nearby amenities to Wild Wild Wet. Glad to have the discounted parking rates for guests. Very important. Cons.. 1. Cock up about breakfast during check in. Reception says ok. Next morning still have to dbl check again before honoring my deal. 2. Extra pillows REALLY wouldn’t hurt the housekeeping. Housekeeping lady over the phone said each room is only entitled to 4 pillows, and all extras pillows are at the laundromat. What load of BS.. please review your company policies..

Check in was fast Room was great. I liked how each room had a filtered water dispenser,mini kitchenette, a fridge that was actually cold, air-con that you could actually control, and the extra large shower room. Located right next to a mall, so food and public transport is within 5mins walking distance. Things that i didn't like was the lack of complementary carpark. Also because the hotel is located so East of the country, unless you want to explore the east side, it could be rather inconvenient to get to the rest of the country.

We get our req for 4indvidual beds but not on è ground floor tht is near bbq pits. Room was big.. clean wth microware, fridge, shower/bath/hand soap 👍fully fill. 4towels given.. small balcony but on 3rd flr bigger yeah! Ada kiblat too, blessed. We would book again if è prices is right😅😉 no iron/board only appoint request... if book directly, can book bbq pit together? Ntuc near & got lots of bbq items in store! We luv to walk along PasirRis park in e morning, nice clean air ...we had fun!

This part of Singapore was so different from the Singapore heartlands that a staycation at Dusit Thani Laguna Singapore could feel like a vacation outside Singapore. The staff at Dusit Thani were polite and tried hard to make our stay memorable. They made an excellent start by letting us have the room early. The room was well designed with clever space utilization, such as the long bench table, the bench for sitting, and best of all, the bench in the shower cubicle. We also enjoyed the dinner buffet, especially the double-boiled soup, at the Greenhouse, and the convenience of the shuttle service to the Jewel. It was a thoroughly enjoyable staycation/vacation. The camping environment is ok, but the waiter in this store really wants to say something about ordering a takeaway and ask for help to deliver it. I can't sleep well at night, and I can't sleep well at night, partying and drinking outside until 3 or 4 o'clock is noisy and can't sleep well the next day When I left, I asked for help with the luggage. I was inexplicably murdered by the waiter. I really felt like I was paying for it.
