It was an average hotel but expensive. The room itself is alright, but they have some sort of flies infestation from the bathroom's drain. The front desk guy said it is something difficult to get rid of since it comes from the pipes, but having something to cover while not in use at least will prevent the flies to do not go out and be all over the bathroom.

I feel upset and disappointed with the hotel rejected decisions even i cancelled my booking immediately within few minutes as i book wrongly location.

Cheap but has what it needs, location is good close to Raffles Quay

I was very happy with my stay here, the location ever so slightly out of some of the main tourist areas was close to three MRTs and very quiet. So much so that I slept for twelve hours = jetlag. James on the front desk was very helpful, running down the street after me when I stupidly left my passport behind.

Overall clean hotel but small in size , good for sole business traveler

PROS: Good location, swift check-in, clean room, nearby eateries
CONS: small room, movie channels doesn't work, window view failed, water from opposite room leaked into ours.
Overall just okay..

The air-conditioning in the room is not cold at all, air conditioner is very old, the sound insulation is very poor... Not recommended!

The hotel is in good location, just few minutes from general hospital, there is a convenice store nearby. For the money the amenities and cleanliness is fine. Just the walls are thin, so can be disturbing if neighbors are noisy otherwise fine.

Pleasant short 1-night stay at the hotel for birthday celebration. Registration was swift but nobody pick up the call when I wanted to check the WiFi password.
