Perfect for staycation for families. They have the room with a queen size bed and a single bed. Room was spacious even with 2 beds. The design of the hotel was a bit dated but it was clean and service was awesome. From the front desk to housekeeping to resturant staff. Breakfast buffet spread was so good. And best part is the hotel is right next to Havelock MRT. Super convenient to take train down to Great World City (1stop) and Orchard (2 stops). And kids have a colouring book with colour pencils and kids amenities (need to request in advance)

Well maintained hotel which has been in the business for a really long time. Hospitality was good. Breakfast was good. I had a good recharge session. What more could I ask. A really nice staycay. Thank you

This is the first time my family stayed at this hotel. We had a wonderful experience. The ‘kids eat free’ policy and discounts for dining are awesome, and food at the Atrium Restaurant was delightful. We missed the lounge food as we had dinner at the Atrium Restaurant. The reception gave us a complimentary upgrade for our room. The housekeeping and concierge staff were super friendly and welcoming. Well done to all the hotel staff. One small suggestion - consider installing bidets in bathrooms.

Lobby Bar staff were excellent. Kuhen, Cristaphine n team were very kind helpful n courteous !

My repeated staycation at Holiday Inn Atrium. The room is comfortable and clean with a bath tub to relax in. The staff is friendly and approachable. The swimming pools are great to relax around and swim in. There is a big variety of food served at the cafe at level 4. It is also next to the TEL Havelock Station, so it makes travelling very convenient. It is just a short walk to the Tiong Bahru Market where lots of local food are served. Great World City is just a train stop away. There are also a few massage parlours next to the hotel where one can get a good massage. Thanks to all at Holiday Inn Atrium Hotel who have made my stay here a pleasant one and will definitely return for another staycation.

Customer service from check in to out is efficient and fast. Located near to Met station & 2 hawker food centre within walking distance

Great hotel but is time to upgrade and furnish with new furniture.

The room is clean and I like the bed as it is not soft enough that I will have backache.
