The hotel facilities I stayed at during this trip were very innovative and diverse. The service quality of the hotel is also very good. I give it a high rating of 10 points. However, I must mention that the cleanliness of the hotel needs to be improved, there are still stains on the mattress. It is hoped that the hotel can pay more attention to hygiene and ensure that guests can have a more comfortable and clean stay experience.

I give 5 out of 5 every thing good such a lovely place room clean and very good service breakfast have a good taste delicious. Have free water in room (2 bottles) The hotel location was near pub street you can go their by walk highly reccomend I will come again soon

This is the greatest new hotel in Siem Reap without question. It's immaculate, the staff are all lovely and incredible. The food and drinks at the rooftop skybar are all excellent, the pools are beautiful, incredible luxury for fantastic value. The entire hotel is brand new and the detail and level of luxury is really impressive. The staff are so wonderful and the Manager Mr Sopheak is amazing and such a great man to talk to, everyone here is so helpful and they make things very peaceful and a truly great experience. This will likely be considered the best hotel in Siem Reap in the future.

What jumped out is that the rooms had cosy beds that were ideal for unwinding after a day of seeing the temple. and what I adore the most about the hotel is its enormous pool, which is a welcome sight. The views from the room also lend a delightful touch to your stay. It's a fantastic location to unwind and enjoy the Cambodian sun.

What an amazing hotel! Though the facility is truly 5-star, the staff is even better! From the moment you pull up to the curb, you are met with smiles and friendly service. Sopheak Chhun was phenomenal! Rooms were luxurious and very cool, which is great because it’s so so hot outside. The Sky Bar is gorgeous and very uniquely laid out. The cold and hot tubs are wonderful. We will definitely stay here again!

The incredible view, The room was amazing and beautiful with very spacious size and the hotel is very new, modern with big restaurant, 3 swimming pool, big Gym and has steam, Sauna, Jacuzzi, The hotel is located in the heart of town, I just spend 3 min to the famous pub street in town and 3 mini to night market and super market. But staff was high light, Mr. Chhun Sopheak The manager, was very welcome and friendly. He was very well organized me with doctor appointment as per I am handicapped, I was very enjoyed my staying there. I will return back again to this hotel and I would recommend this hotel for your staying here at Koulen Central Mall & Hotel.

The hotel is quite new and in a great location near the Central Market. It’s a great place to come home to after exploring the temples on a hot and humid day. My room was clean with a comfy king size bed and crisp white linens, good AC, nice shower, lots of space. I must mention the beautiful hardwood floors. The staff are very friendly and courteous, some need a bit more training in attention to detail. The rooftop bar has a great view, a good place to relax and unwind. My only issue is the lack of lighting in the hallways. I was given a room very far from the elevator and as a solo traveler I felt a uncomfortable walking in the dark hallways alone.

We really enjoyed our stay at Koulen Central Hotel. The hotel is luxurious, the room was big and well designed, the bed very comfortable, and the 2 swimming pools on the top roof made our stay very pleasant. I have to say that the personal was very professional, nice and attentive. I want to thank particulary Sreynith who was very helpfull and available to respond all my demands, and always with her beautiful smile. Also, the hotel is very close to Pub Street and the Night Market. I really recommend Koulen Central if you're visiting Siem Reap.
