Hotels near Angkor Zipline, Siem Reap

The room is clean, there is a swimming pool in the hotel, breakfast is included in the hotel fee, but lunch and dinner are not provided. You can take the hotel car to the restaurant of the hotel next to Sokha. It is not in the city center. Tutu goes to the Angkor Museum for 4800 riels. It is more convenient to download the passAPP.

Older hotel but has spacious rooms, large selection for breakfast, staff were very nice. Pool was huge and the highlight of my stay. It’s along the main road to Angkor Wat. I chose this for part of the trip for the ease of access to Angkor.

Quiet in the noisy, good service, and overall satisfaction. The room details are very good, and the decoration design is almost a bit relative to the price/performance ratio.

The service is super good. The decoration style and facilities of the whole hotel are like those of an old hotel. The lighting is a bit dim and the switch is a bit troublesome. There are two points that the hotel should change. One is that there is no socket hole next to the bed, and charging needs to be placed on the table, which is a bit troublesome. The other is that the dressing table is not very friendly to ladies. The lighting is dim and the distance to the mirror is a bit far, which is not convenient for makeup. Everything else is OK! Very cost-effective and the location is also very good! Overall satisfied

Pretty disappointed with the facilities especially the pool . It was so dirty and green . Was told they clean every morning . The breakfast is pathetic compare to the last few nights that we stayed around pub street which is a 4 star hotel not even international brand and cheaper too .Not many people in the hotel and I think that’s why the breakfast has limited varieties . I think I will not pay for this rate as listed as 5 stars hotel . Need to collect the eggs from the counter when is ready . The last hotel I stayed was delivered to the table once is ready . Dare not open the door to the balcony because of mossi too . Therefore you can’t really enjoy the outdoor unless you are fine with the sting . service at the concierge was good and thoughtful . Anyway I won’t pay for this rate if I can’t enjoy the pool nor the breakfast

We had a great time at the FCC. The open plan layout really feels like you are in the forest despite being next to the river in town and a short walk from the action of pub street. Rooms are well appointed, and staff are extremely welcoming with great English. The breakfasts are also fantastic - make sure to try some of the Asian options which are extra special. Double spa prices before using, maybe some confusion over inclusion of tax etc.

This is such a hard hotel to review. On the one side the pool was one of the best I have ever used. The room was great. The air conditioning phenomenal. The place has the image of a genuine five star hotel. However, beneath the surface the hotel isn’t quite all that. The breakfast was atrocious. It seems to be geared exclusively to Chinese customers… but it’s worse even than most basic Chinese hotel breakfasts (which are often terrible). All in all I MIGHT stay here again next time… but the breakfast really was a shame.

I travelled to Siem Reap alone and as a solo female traveller, I cannot stress enough how safe and wonderful my experience was staying at this hotel. Here's some info to consider if you decide to stay here: 1. Service: The best ever! Although, I would say this for absolutely every local I met, such beautiful people. Mr. Key and team certainly deserve 5 stars, very attentive, polite, friendly and hands-on...you made my stay worth every penny. Thank you for your kind hospitality 🙏🏻 2. Facilities: The hotel is beautiful and elegant and has such a peaceful energy as you walk in. The room I stayed in was incredible, squeaky clean, tidy, spacious, harmonious and the bed/pillows felt like a cloud after a long day, it has a mini bar and I don't think I've ever cared much about the robes...but I gotta say, the softest robes ever! Not to mention that I do appreciate that the bed linen, towels and robe smell good and clean. The pool is very clean and surrounded by a well kept garden. There's a gym and the spa service is not to be missed, the masseuse is very skilled, strong yet gentle, I came out of the session feeling refreshed and my skin was so silky, do get the scrub! 3. Breakfast: There's a little cozy restaurant that offers a variety of food. Breakfast is buffet style with a delicious western and local menu to choose from. They also prepare fresh omelettes, yum. The staff in the restaurant are very courteous and friendly, I personally enjoyed talking to Sa and Sokhim. 4. Location/transportation: The hotel is located at about 10mins from the city centre and places of interest like Pub Street and the Markets, and about 20mins from Angkor Wat. They offer free tuk tuk rides and can arrange airport transportation from/to the airport. My only complaint is that I didn't stay long enough...but that's on me 😁 Oh and because the atmosphere of the hotel is all natural, do expect to see some friendly lizards and other garden pets while walking around the facilities🦎 So, be careful not to hurt them. This is now my go-to place to stay in Siem Reap!

This was quite possibly the best hotel I have ever stayed in. You may be thinking that is impossible, but have you ever stayed somewhere where the staff actually get to know you by name, ask you how you slept and even ask about birthday arrangements for your partner? I haven’t. From the moment we stepped foot in this establishment, I knew this place was something special; they were exceptionally kind and helpful. If the staff knew we were doing an activity, they asked us about it before and after. They even gave glasses of water to any drivers picking us up. Words cannot describe the hospitality service provided, it is close to the main city and Angkor Wat, there is an ATM (which is guarded) right next to the building. The food was to die for and the waiters get to know you personally, recommending drinks that they feel would suit your mood and needs! The food was delicious - they even provide locally made crisps (chips) which are scrumptious. Another highlight was the massage service, followed by a dip in the pool and use of the gymnasium! I would give this ten out of five if I could, you will not be disappointed!

It was my first time staying at The Royal Family Suite by Memoire Palace Resort and Spa and I loved it! I stayed at the Grand Pool Suite, it was luxurious and spacious. 10/10 would recommend. Love the view, room, pool & buffet! Definitely staying there again in the future.
