Hotel is grand and new. Rooms are big and clean. Buffet breakfast has a lot of varieties and some menus change everyday. Staffs there are professional, nice and polite. Hotel also provide free entry couple to the spa wellness club adjoining to the hotel. We really enjoy the hotel services and facilities during the 4 days stay. We definitely will stay st this hotel if coming to chengde again. Strongly recommended!

五一出遊，酒店價格普遍上漲！最終選了這家離高速不遠，檔次不錯，價格調整比較合理的酒店！
設施服務和定位定價匹配，地庫車位寬度也設計合理。
買的是含洗浴的，晚上過去放鬆了一下！裏面消費價格相當公道！
不遠就是萬達，吃飯不用愁！😁

酒店就在高速出口不遠處，離萬達步行就10分鐘。房間寬敞，可以看到武烈河。雙床1.35米，不可以拼床（至少我沒挪動）。早餐豐富，就餐要刷房卡。離避暑山莊有段距離，同時也避免了喧鬧。假日的時候酒店入住率很高，但在房間裏聽不到雜音。需要一些物品直接聯繫前台，小機器人送到門口。

這次5.1小長假和朋友幾家人一起來承德旅遊入住了兆豐假日，體驗感很好，衞生乾淨，服務人員的笑容都很真誠，尤其床墊感覺很舒服，贈送了洗浴門票，搓澡服務很贊，下次來承德還住兆豐

五一期間帶孩子出行，由於是臨時決定承德之行所以在4月29日晚上才定房間，沒有親子房了一看有兩個單獨的1.35米的單人床房間決定拼在一起2.7米睡一家三口也夠用了（孩子1.4米左右）。到了酒店發現沒有小童用品給酒店前台打電話要了小童用品很快就送來了孩子專門的拖鞋，浴巾，牙刷，浴液和一床薄被。幫我們把兩個床拼成了一個巨大的大床。由於有拼床的計劃我自己帶了一個小褥子放在了拼縫上這樣就真的很舒服了。酒店送了熱河的洗浴門票，老公去了兩次反映説如果實在是房間擁擠那個洗浴過夜也是一種選擇硬件不錯，不過收費的細節地方也不少。酒店還提供了暖風機這點讓晚上10點以後的房間舒服了不少。後面入住的人需要注意:酒店沒有香皂，洗浴的花灑沒桿意味着除了太陽大花灑，你手持的花灑衹能固定在一個高度上，沒有浴室拖鞋但是也沒有浴室防滑墊，衹能光腳。小童早餐需要補半價（30多元一次）。儘量爭取靠着河的那邊房間景色會更美！

房屋整潔温馨，設計簡潔，功能強大，既符合辦公的需要，又滿足親子生活。頭一次發現梳粧台那麼人性化，配有軟體舒適板凳。拉開窗簾便可以看到武烈河的美，採光好，玻璃隔音也好，晚上睡覺時很安逸。l樓上還有游泳池，很適合孩子在這裏游泳。

説是五星級酒店，但是網上訂的房間是在假日這邊，它還有國際部分，早餐還可以，種類和服務都很好，酒店大，裝修豪華，保安態度不好，房間衞生一般，被套有臟污，前台接待個別人態度不好，酒店很新，總體還可以

第一天入住感到了大酒店的盛氣凌人，小有不快。開車辛苦權且住下，打算第二天換酒店的。不想第入住的體驗還挺好，房間大，床品舒適，設施完善且彰顯品質。早餐非常豐富，品質上乘，服務極佳。停車方便，送的洗浴門票體驗非常滿意。自己又增加了多個項目，非常喜歡。晚餐吃的酒店火鍋，品質非常好，價格優惠，吃的滿意，連吃兩天。凡此種種，沒有離去的理由。辦理了續住。總體上來説酒店設施、管理、服務是上乘的，忘記不愉快，也不必求全責備。
