I booked for a suite and I get there and the suite was booked so I had to have a room with three beds. Was not given a discount for their mistake and the room we found 2 bed bugs.

Our stay here was only one night but the first time I have ever wished I could find an excuse to return for longer! The facility was amazing - beautiful, spacious, fire places going, wonderful room, and an amazing free breakfast. The staff was so friendly and efficient. Huge shout out to the breakfast staff, they were so on top of it. Hot, fresh, well prepared and attractively presented variety of foods. And you must have the most polite, detail oriented housekeeping staff. Everything was perfect. It was my best hotel experience ever!

I liked everything...i only stayed one night but I had never stayed at a La Quinta..... my daughter recommended you guys for my trip from Illinois to Texas. I'm so glad she did!

Nice facility. Clean. Super convenient, just off exit. Quick check-in. Clean room. New fixtures in bathroom. Fridge, microwave in room. I like it cool while I sleep but the typical on the wall unit would turn on and cool the room then turn off. It got too warm between cycles. Old Chicago pizza restaurant is part of the building so food is very convenient if you like pizza and beer.

Large hotel. Excellent customer service, clean, surprisingly “upscale”. Comfortable bed, great shower/bathroom. Breakfast was best we’ve had in a long time (hotel) You can watch the chef-cook make the scrambled eggs on the cooktop. Sausages, egg toppings, biscuits, gravy, fresh fruit, bread/rolls, waffles, cold cereal. For the money, exceptional.

My husband was in dyer need of a restroom off the lobby , the cleaning crew would not let him go in because they had just washed the floor. He had no choice but to go anyway.and passed to restroom As he was leaving they claimed he broke something, which he did not. several people one from front desk stormed me in the lobby to advise we would be charged for damages we didn’t do. I am very disappointed with your staff.

I have no complaints about this particular LaQuinta. Usually there’s something about a hotel that bumps it off from a perfect score, but in this case there isn’t.
