聽説是石首目前最好的酒店，去年新開的吧，訂了4個晚上9號入住，13號退房，第1晚被隔壁房間的呼嚕聲吵了整晚，10號下去前台説：如果沒有滿房，就先不安排左右兩房間，她們沒有問原因，馬上答應好好，我我説被隔壁的呼嚕聲吵了一晚上，她們笑了，10號也就是第2晚就沒有被隔壁房呼嚕聲吵到，第3晚11號十二點鐘還沒有上床，隔壁呼嚕聲已經開始了，第4晚12號白天去前台拿了耳塞，隔壁一男一女説話聲到差不多12點，塞住兒洞也感覺聽得到，模模糊糊到了凌晨三點，被刷門口聲和電視自動開，窗簾自動開聲音嚇醒了，門口走廊感應燈也亮了，反覆不停的，以為是小偷，馬上打前台電話，説是線路檢修，很快好了，然後就是不停的刷門口聲，電視亮了，窗簾響聲，走廊感應燈亮，搞到凌晨四點鐘………這次住酒店可以説是歷史之最，隔音差到極致，還掛着什麼五星級的牌子，經濟性名宿啥的都不會像他們這樣，這次太倒黴了，好好的度假沒得好好的休息，第一次住也是最後一次住。

再次入住了。石首市天花板級別高檔奢華酒店，高端、大氣、上檔次。房間寬敞明亮，視野開闊、景色秀麗，房間設施很智能化。前台小姐姐們青春靚麗、服務熱情、專業周到。酒店位置雖坐落石首城區邊緣，但酒店周圍吃喝玩樂應有盡有。酒店價格親民、性價比超高。
酒店總體來説無可挑剔。

裝修是非常不錯的，但是可惜服務沒有跟上，感覺上沒有經過良好的培訓，尤其是客房，連蕎麥枕頭都沒有配備。

酒店確實很新，也很大，説是當地最豪華酒店我也是信的。
大堂挺氣派，前台小姐姐辦理入住室也挺熱情。
總體環境衞生也是可以的。
酒店停車位超級多，寬敞隨便停。
由於房間比較大，入住當天遇上寒流降温，總感覺室內空調温度打得不夠暖和，室內衞生間兩扇玻璃門設計得也不是很合理，洗澡水水温似乎也不是特別熱，早餐時間電梯繁忙，等電梯時間比較久，新酒店硬件沒法得説，設計細節及軟件服務還是有提升空間
