Amazing hotel with the great service. Probably the best that I have visited in China so far. We got the upgrade for free because I booked the wrong room by mistake :). All the staff is trying to make your stay as best as possible, gym and spa area looks wonderfull. Definetely we will come again!

As a manager working at the 5 star hotel in Shanghai, I am very responsible to say that the facilities management services of your hotel can be called excellent. I have a lot of surprises. I feel that the price is quite cost-effective for this price. Talk about the shortcomings: the hotel's buffet breakfast is really not flattering, it is not bad to be full. The room is large and luxuriously furnished. The hotel is very luxurious and grand, worthy of being a five-star hotel in Shishi. After coming to Shishi, we went to the Gold Coast to see the sea, climbed up the mountain to see the Wanshou Pagoda, ate Green Island matsutake buns (a lucky star for those who love sweets), and went to Xunpu Village to take photos of hairpins. I am very satisfied with this trip.

The facilities are not very good. There is no USB charging port in the room. After asking, I found out that I have to scan the QR code at the front desk to connect to the wifi. Breakfast is delicious, but there are too few varieties The service is okay, and sweets are delivered every day But I think I’ll consider looking elsewhere next time.
