Hotel Kawakyu

The castle is luxurious, the rooms are large enough, the hot springs are beautiful, the food and beverages are acceptable, the price is affordable, the shuttle bus, rental bicycles, and the service are good. Worth recommending.

I have stayed at Kawajiu for three times. It is one of the most representative hotels in Shirahama. The luxury and past are solidified, and the imaginative design is amazing❗️ Whenever I have the opportunity, I will definitely bring my family and friends back.

This is the third time I stayed at the Chuanjiu Hotel for a buffet dinner. Friends who love beef should not miss it, and the desserts are plentiful. There are many options for breakfast, there are many card slots in the hotel, and the room is spacious. During this recent stay, I found that many waiters came to Taiwan, South Korea, and Vietnam, so there is no problem in communication. This is the first time my friends are visiting. After eating the buffet dinner, I want to stay for an extra night. There is endless food.

The buffet was luxurious and delicious, and the room was spacious and comfortable! The restaurant staff were also very kind and happy!

This was my first time staying here, and I was surprised at how luxurious the interior was. It felt like I was in a medieval castle. I was shown to my room, which looked nice at first glance, but after a while I could hear the wind blowing through the curtains, although I couldn't tell which room it was. It was so windy that day that I thought the windows were open, but the mysterious room had an open ceiling, and I could hear the sound coming from the top. When I contacted the front desk, someone from the facility immediately came to check on me, but they said it was unlikely that I would recover that day. After a while, the front desk contacted me and showed me to another room. It was a nice room. However, I was surprised that not only that, but they also served drinks at dinner. What's more, when I got into the car after checking out, I even received a present. The hotel's policy of not leaving a bad impression was consistent from beginning to end. There is a lot of harassment these days, but when it came to common-sense complaints, they were sincere. If I have another chance, I would like to visit you again. thank you very much.

When using Hotel Kawahisa, I looked at many SNS, compared the grade and price, and chose the Royal Suite. Also, the interior of each room seems to be different, and I thought it would be unpleasant if the style of the room was not to my liking, but then what? I was able to stay in the same room that I saw on You Tube and thought, ``This room is great!''　That alone gave me a high level of satisfaction. I went into the "King's Buffet" after watching You Tube and was told not to have high expectations, but all of the dishes were made with high quality ingredients and each dish was carefully prepared.It was very delicious. . During the season, the menu seems to be almost the same, but for dinner on the second day, I had lobster stew as a thank you for staying so many nights. I was very happy with the care I received and it became a good memory. Regarding the bath, I didn't have high expectations as I had heard that there was little information and that it was a circulating type bath with added water, but I ended up naming it the "King's Bath". Even though the water was added, the hot spring left a faint smell of sulfur on my clothes. As it is a residence living bath, the space design is not only good, but it also has a logical flow line where you first wash your body and then enjoy the hot springs and sauna. There were plenty of fluffy towels everywhere, giving it a luxurious feel. I stayed for two nights, and due to the rain, I spent most of my time in the hotel, but I was able to relax in the hot springs, read a book anywhere I wanted in the room, and walk around looking at the artworks in the hotel, so I didn't get bored. I spent my time without it. If I wanted to fully enjoy Kawakyu, I thought I would need two nights.　

I stayed there three years ago, and this time I stayed for consecutive nights. It is obvious that the quality and quantity of food at the King's buffet has significantly deteriorated and the number of items has decreased, the staff are less smiling, there are many small children and elderly customers at the buffet, children's cries and elderly customers' loud talking and laughter. The overall quality of the hotel has declined, such as not paying attention to the situation and not cleaning up empty dishes. I felt like this was no longer a hotel I wanted to pay a high price for. I don't think I'll ever go there again. I would like to find another hotel in Shirahama.
