房間異味嚴重，前台客服服務極度差，進入酒店辦理入住時，前台説沒有房間了，辦理入住後，前台客服和後面辦理住宿的旅客説可以換房間，很不理解我説加錢能不能換也不行，後來沒有辦法了就入住了，拿到房卡後打不開門，開了3次都不行，最後前台説門鎖沒有電了給了一把機械鑰匙才進去，後來和酒店説買幾瓶水給送到放假，前台客服説不給送，喝就自己下來拿，理由是沒人給送，但是在辦理入住時這個客服拿着水給別的房間送過兩次。並且還在吧枱裏面抽煙。

去周圍考試，因為考點比較偏僻 看這酒店評論不錯 遠一點就遠一點吧 結果真的太失望了 隔音差 環境衞生也差 屋子裡有種發黴的味道 隔音太差了 吵得睡不着 後來找前台換了間房，結果那個連隔壁説話的聲音都能聽見 各種聲音我就不具體説了 不過還好也之前住了一晚上 住了很多葉雨晨旗下的酒店 這家去最差的 服務大廳整的香噴噴的 結果住人的客房有奇奇怪怪的味道
