入住之前就給我發一大堆注意事項，一進門就能看到賠償清單，全是房主自己的權益！150元一晚的房間竟然窗户關不上！漏風！還讓我自己拿膠帶貼一貼？怎麼説的出口？高層11樓，晚上呼呼的大風，半夜才8度！第一天説沒房間換不了，第二天也沒主動聯繫我換房間。這麼大問題的房間怎麼還會往外租！還這麼多好評，刷的嗎？晚上我才發現，帶孩子也不好折騰，衹能開着空調熱風對付睡，空調機器很老舊，開睡眠模式也嗡嗡響，完全沒睡好覺。

民宿整體環境不錯，中秋國慶雙節在名宿住了三天，可以拍到市景也能拍到月亮。客服回覆也很快很熱情。

房東雖未謀面，全憑微信溝通，但如同大家評價的一樣，回覆及時，一有事情就積極解決，還會耐心及時滴詢問結果，讓人心裏很温暖，有親人和歸家的親切感。房間配置齊全，住着舒適，周邊吃飯、購物、坐地鐵公交、核酸都方便。離要去的省博物院一站地鐵。來的時候從火車站過來也是地鐵可達。天氣炎熱，每天從北國商城後門進入，走地下無縫連接的地鐵入口，省了不少體力。

首先房東的態度真的超級好，有啥問題都給很好的解決了，而且房子真的挺大的，裡邊鍋具都很齊全，房子很乾凈沒有異味，周圍也很方便，下邊也是商場，有勒泰北國啥的，方便！！！
