I especially want to praise the young man named Li Jinxu in the recreation center. Friendly staff, nice rooms, excellent breakfast choices and a kids play area next to the dining area is a great help. 20 minutes in a taxi into the center of Nanshan or Futian and a 10 minute stroll to a mall with decent restaurants. They let us check in early and check out late with no extra charges…will stay again.

I am very satisfied with my stay. The hotel is in an excellent location and has a very good environment. The downstairs has direct access to the shopping mall and subway station. It is very convenient for traveling and shopping. I arrived relatively early, and the front desk manager Lai was also very enthusiastic in helping me arrange room check-in, which was very considerate and thoughtful. The room is well-equipped and clean. The sky garden and swimming pool on the eighth floor are beautiful. I am very satisfied!

The location of the hotel is very good. Harbin Institute of Technology is just outside the door. It is very close to the subway station. Although the decoration is a bit old, it is very clean and the service is very good. Special thanks to the beautiful woman with job number f008 at the front desk. Not only is she very beautiful, she also has great looks. Moreover, the service is enthusiastic and the people are kind-hearted. The hotel environment and front desk service are very good, the only thing that feels uncomfortable is the attitude of the lobby security. When I went out to return to the hotel a little later in the evening, the security guards met in the lobby and asked which room to live in and what the name of the prisoner did. The attitude was not very friendly. Although this is the job of a security guard, after all, a hotel is a service industry. No matter what position you are in a hotel, you must always speak with a little bit of politeness to the customers staying in the hotel. This is very uncomfortable!

We reserved rooms with mountain views but were given rooms with city view. Spent time changing rooms again. Washroom was poorly designed. It was too small for use. It was nice to have a domestic fridge and a small pantry. Meanwhile, no cooking equipment was available and there was a head bumping hazard of the pantry cupboard! The pantry cupboard was installed too low and out.

Great experience, the staff is super friendly and helpful. We stayed here for two separate nights and each time we had a very clean room. The location is great if you want to hike on Tanglang Hill as well. There's a Mall and enough Shops+Restaurants nearby. The staff was super friendly, they even gave us some fruits and something to drink when they saw us come back with takeaway Lunch. Staff doesn't really speak much English but they are quick with the translator. 👌🏻 Definitely recommend, can't do anything wrong with this Hotel. 👍🏻
