Location is good. 10-15 min taxi ride from Coastal city which is amazing for shopping and food. Subway line and hospital at walking distance. Room was nice and big with basic amenities provided. The bed was big and great mattress. However, the carpet had several stains. Breakfast was really nice and the staff were all so friendly. They made our stay comfortable and we enjoyed being there.

Overall very good. The room just didn't have much of a view. Everything else is fine. clean. The cleaners are very polite. Stayed again the next day and it was cleaned every day. It's just that the breakfast is not that rich. But the environment is very good. The service desk was very polite. This is a computer system that is not that advanced and has not been updated. It takes 15 minutes to walk to Nanshan Ancient City. There are many small restaurants along the way where you can eat.

Great hotel! Check in was easy and clean spaces. The hotel room was specious and clean. Had some issues with the aircon but the hotel staff fixed it for us very promptly. Very convenient to order takeaway that gets delivered by a little robot. The location was okay, though it’s easy to take a taxi to go anywhere anyways so it didn’t matter too much.

When making your booking here, just stick to the standard rooms, the more premium selections don’t bring a whole lot new to the table. The rooms are very modern with all the essential charging ports conveniently located. The bathroom is huge and tub is deep; they could include bath salts in the executive room. Avoid making the booking with the “afternoon tea set” selection was very limited to the point that nobody went. I would rather have a fruit platter sent to my room. The location itself is close to Nanshan station, where the area is more residential than commercial. However taking 1-2 stations along lines 11 or 12 should solve your problems.

I looked for a cheap Hotel near to the Shenzhen Metro and to Ancient City. That it was. Metro 20m in front of the entrance. Ancient City walk 20 min. My room didn't have windows what I didn't recognised while booking. But that didn't bother me at all because I was all day busy in the city. Very clean and comfortable.

The best word to describe this hotel is lush. It has lush lighting, lush furniture with a whopping four pillows, and lush carpeting. It is also quite high tech with lots of fancy technology incorporated. However the room itself is extremely small and not worth the money $35. The worst part about it is how loud the corridor is, every time a door slams it echoes like an earthquake! If you want good sleep, this is probably not the best environment. Also the TV has no HDMI availability, how can you not have this technology in 2024?

Because I went to Nantou Ancient City, I chose Orange Crystal Hotel. The subway station is only a few minutes away from the hotel, which is very convenient. I came to study temporarily and chose a hotel nearby. At that time, I only noticed that it was ”Homelike”, and I found out that it was ”Homelike Featured” when I checked in. Because the alcohol swab was confiscated by the airport, the front desk was very considerate and poured a bottle of alcohol, so that I could wipe it with peace of mind. The room was clean and there were no dead spots in the corners. The northerners were worried that when the quilt was lifted, there would be Xiaoqiang lying in it, so they checked the bed carefully when they entered the door, and they were completely relieved. I added mineral water the next day, and it was delivered by a robot. It was very cute, but I ran too fast to record the video😁 The breakfast was delicious and well-balanced. A small suggestion, the elevator door on the first floor has been open, and a lot of mosquitoes have come in. The experience of waiting in the front hall is slightly worse, and I have been fighting mosquitoes.

The stay was wonderful - not only were the staff wonderful, the lady who checked us in even offered us one more complementary breakfast because there were two of us. Even though the hotel seems a little further away from the city centre, it’s only around 5-8 minutes away from the metro station, so it’s very accessible and convenient. The room was also massive - it completely exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness, size, and available space. You can link your phone to the gigantic TV and watch movies, and most of all, the bed + pillows were very comfortable. The bed was cushiony and soft but still really supportive. Had a wonderful trip. Will definitely stay here again when we visit the area. Very very good value for money.

Service was very good but unfortunately the room space/configuration and cleanliness was a bit disappointing. Checked-in late in the evening but my room just got cleaned-up and my room door was grand opened when I arrived in the floor and the room totally wet as just washed with large amount of water… not a single dry spot in the rim to drop my luggage and actually walking-in in such condition made the room very dirty. Also the room is extremely small with almost no space to open luggage and very tight space between the bed and the walls. Also the room didn’t have a single table expect the amenity table which already packed with boiler cups and other thing so no space to put any thing else and no chair or desk to sit and work inside the room
