The air conditioner doesn't cool, the window faces the wall, the air quality is very poor, the sound insulation is not good, the toilet door can't be closed, the experience is extremely bad and very torturous.

We were out for the National Day and found this hotel with parking. It is so difficult to find a hotel with parking in Shenzhen. The boss was very nice and helped us park the car. The hotel room is comfortable, soundproofed and the service is better!

The buzzing sound of the air conditioner outdoor unit keeps you awake at night, the sounds of renovations upstairs start early in the day, there is no sound insulation at all, the bed board has no cushioning at all, it's harder than the boss's words, the environment is bad and the equipment is old, it's the most torturous stay I've ever had!
