A beautiful hotel, only reason for not giving a top grade is because there is no gym or pool/leisure centre, or playroom for kids. Perfect hotel to escape the bustling city, loved it and would stay again. Very good nights sleep!

More clean and neat than our expectations. although this is a tens of years old hotel, their maintenance efforts are really making it sufficiently modern on the inside.

The hotel is well located next to the Electronics Street and Dream-on mall. The room is clean and we extended one more night as it is easy access to the places we planned to visit. Would recommend to friends when they are visiting Shenzhen.

High tech hotel with service robot, great view, excellent breakfast, cleanliness, comfortable bed. All helpful. Early check-in and slightly delayed check-out were not a problem either. I will definitely come back here next time.
