Love Muji Hotel for its simplicity. Just like Muji products, simple, clean-line .. zen!! They provide diffuser with 2 types essential oil to choose from. Stayed her on few different occasions. Love their rooms, their breakfast that is served in bento kind, 2-3 different type of menu, japanese, western, maybe chinese and with additional porridge buffet/salad/fruits/beverages served. However, the bento set dont change much over the week, if u stayed here for more than 2-3 days, you get the same bento set. The hotel is just next to a pretty new and currently very popular mall. They have less than 100 rooms, think was 70+, serving biz travellers as there are 2 office buildings nearby and the other hotel there is alot more expensive. Heard that many HK people like to stay there, too. Oh, wish they have shelter walkway to the mall cos few times i was there, it was raining. Getting off a cab outside the lobby will get u wet, too. Oh, no cable tv prog, mostly local channels. They have so good bedroom slippers!!

I recently stayed at Shenzhen 荟语酒店 (Eeril Hotel Futian Shenzhen) for six nights and had an exceptional experience. Upon check-in on March 1st, I was pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a room equipped with smart facilities, allowing me to control room lighting, curtains, and even the smart device with music controls. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the lobby always had tasty Chinese treats available. The hotel's location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from 皇岗 station, making it very convenient for transportation. Additionally, there are many top-rated restaurants and famous local foods nearby. My wife, 8-year-old daughter, and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the hotel's amenities. I particularly liked the complimentary laundry service, even though guests need to wash their own clothes, it was still a valuable offering. Another standout feature was the robot delivery service for **food delivery, which made ordering food to our room incredibly convenient. However, one suggestion for improvement would be to allocate separate floors for smoking and non-smoking guests to ensure a more pleasant stay for everyone. Overall, I highly recommend Shenzhen 荟语酒店 for its excellent service, convenient location, and modern amenities. We loved our stay and would gladly return in the future.

The hotel boasts an incredibly convenient location, being only a 12-minute walk to Coco Park. If you prefer to use Didi, the travel time is reduced to just 6 minutes. The hotel staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and check out late. Additionally, this establishment prides itself on its commitment to sustainability, yet they are still capable of meeting our needs just like any other hotel. While the rooms have a cozy, homestyle feel, they are perfectly suited for family travel, as each apartment includes two rooms and two bathrooms. Given its ideal price and location, I highly recommend it.

After the renovation, I am very satisfied with the hotel and will definitely stay again. There are large shopping malls nearby, as well as a large number of restaurants and food. It is only a ten-minute walk to SEG Market and Huaqiang North.

Hotel is conveniently located to the subway. Although there is limited English service, check-in was relatively easy and night service had basic English services available. Although the trip was prepaid expect to pay RMB 1000 deposit on arrival but this is immediately refunded upon checking out bar any damages. Conveniently located right next to the hotel is a “Forest Mart”, although easily confused with Family Mart branding but very convenient for basic needs. The room itself is not bad and spacious enough for 1-2 people only. Good view of the city. Most impressively is the shower water temperature and pressure which remains constant. The only downfall of the hotel is that the indoor swimming pool is not in this hotel but next door at it’s sister hotel, the Pavilion Hotel, so while I had booked the hotel specifically for the indoor pool was not conveniently available. Other than that the rooms were clean and well maintained and taken care of during my stay. Staff are friendly. The mini fridge works well and the pay for amenities in the room are clearly marked at applicable prices. Management is available for WeChat communication. Overall, I would stay at this hotel again when visiting the Futian district. Thank you for a lovely stay.

I spent there 1 night. Because I’ve got few meetings that day I forgot watches there, but manager added me and sent back to my home by theirs delivery. Don’t worry guys they will take care of you. Big, nice and clean room. Not far from coco park / futian.

The hotel is very close to the subway station, the price is affordable, and breakfast is included The room is quite big and has a smart device, which is very convenient The soundproofing is better than Qiuguo where I stayed last time, but the traffic downstairs is noisy in the morning You can also walk from the hotel to Sam in about 10 minutes. Will stay here next time!

The hotel bed was really comfortable and they will top up room amenities daily. At the lobby, there is water/small snacks provided with hairbands,clips and even sanitisation wipes. Breakfast was simple but okay. You can always order in food from apps. The hotel was in a more quiet area but overall we had a good rest there.

Great hotel. It’s a 4 star hotel, with a 5 star service. Rooms are clean and very modern, with automatic lighting and curtains. Hotel have a focus on environmental protection, rather then wasteful consumption. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. Receptionist helped with all my questions regarding Directions and arranging taxis, special thank you to lady name LanLan! Security guys helped with communication to taxi drivers, doors opening and luggage, even cleaners saying hello. Breakfast is nice, Chinese and western options are available! Leaving the hotel, I mentioned I enjoyed the tea selection in the room, and got a bag of extra tea bags as gift to take home 😊. Enjoyed my stay very much and highly recommend!
