To find this hotel, exit the East gate of Shenzhen North rail station. The hotel is just a short walk, maybe 100 yards at most, keeping to the left until you see a set of steps leading to an none descript entrance door of this super tall building. The entrance does not say Pullman, but there is a large sign in Chinese that does say Pullman before the steps. Once inside, there are signs posted in English directing you to the elevators which take you to the lobby on the 46 floor. Breakfast is ok, a bit of western (waffle/pancake/eggs, sausage,/ cerial), but mostly traditional chinese fair. View is spectacular. Room service easy with Q scan, portions are small and price is high. Service attentive and English no issue.

I was upgraded to a penthouse suite which was a pleasant surprise! The hotel is older so it seemed a bit run down but it was not disgusting by any means, just old and a bit outdated. The location is not as close to the train station as I had thought but it was still fine. It takes about 10-12 minutes in a taxi to get the the train station.

The hotel is on the 9th floor of Ramada. It is a bit unexpectedly large space. The big bed is a bit soft and I am not used to sleeping. You can see the North Station in the room. It is very close to the North Station. Shenzhen is a traffic jam. It is recommended to travel all subways. The subway is about 15 minutes walk from the hotel. There are various snacks along the way and there are many places to go shopping. In fact, it is very prosperous. If you don’t bring children, you can scan a bicycle to go around or go to the subway. Health is also very good, the waiter cleans every day, knowing that we have children with us the next day also added shoes and toiletries, the waiter is very good, the room is basically all things, there is no phone, remember the front desk phone or receptionist phone but stayed for two days I also called once, because suddenly there was no electricity, the electrician quickly came up to check, and after the completion, the room service staff came to the door to ask, I felt very good. Sound insulation is also good, basically no noisy, there are other customers who speak loudly outside one night, they will still hear it inside, but the volume is quite large for a while, so it is completely acceptable In addition, the floor is a bit creaking. The range is not big and acceptable. There is a bad place in the bathroom that the seam is too big. The water will run out when taking a bath. I would like to let the customer service change the room or find the customer service to drag the water. In addition, the room we live in has a door that is used to separate the bathroom, but it has little impact on us. After all, it is just changing clothes. The hotel also has a gym laundry room on the same floor. There is a place for parents and children to read on the first floor. Generally speaking, I am very satisfied. It is a little far from the city, but there is a subway for convenient travel, so I will book it next time I go to Shenzhen. I hope the bed will be harder.

Room: Neat, hygienic, simple, spacious, quiet, adequate air conditioning Bathroom: Bathroom and toilet are separated from wet and dry (very good) Transportation: The subway station is about 200 meters away from the hotel, about a 15-minute walk! This time I went to Longhua District for shopping, and taking a taxi was very convenient! I stayed here twice during the Spring Festival this year. Picture 10 shows the reviews and hotel responses from February 13th to 15th. Pictures 1-9 shows the breakfast from February 17th to 18th. The breakfast was richer, the room was clean, and the experience was better! I am satisfied with Atour's laundry facilities and mattresses, and recommend adding pillow experience services. The service attitude of the staff is warm and friendly! 👍Although it is far from the subway station, taking a taxi is not expensive. It is only about 2 kilometers away from Yi Fang City, Sam's and Costo supermarkets.

For the long-lost trip to Shenzhen, fortunately, I avoided the peak of covid and chose the youth hostel right next to the North Station. It is convenient to travel, and the high-speed rail and subway are the most convenient choices.
