設施：設備齊全，送物機器人很方便，速度很快，智能設備也方便，一直住華住，這家配了零壓床墊和枕頭，睡起來真的超舒服。
衞生：衞生很乾凈，一直在屋裡有光腳的習慣，可以放心在在房間光腳，也不會黑腳。
環境：周邊環境超方便，商場和小吃很多，不遠處還有夜市，真的超多小吃，都超好吃，而且他家停車場也很大，停車超方便，最主要是免費。
服務：服務真的很熱情，有需求都很快的響應，而且主動詢問出門要不要帶水帶傘，全都免費提供，非常熱情，下次還會來住，強烈推薦！

噪音太大，晚上根本睡不着。開始是隔壁説話的聲音隔音太差好像就在我旁邊説，到2點隔壁不説了外面又開始有轟隆隆還是嗡嗡的聲音，很大，人直到4點多才睡着。我睡眠很好，不是特別大的聲音不影響我睡覺，但這次過來考試，因為噪音居然衹休息了三個多小時，實在接受不了！
原本不想差評，但問了剛來住過的朋友，發現貴店前台看人下菜碟，明明有無噪聲的房間，但可能看我不像硬茬吧就給了我這個睡不了覺的。半夜三更自己一個人誰能聯繫你們重新換房間，想着忍一忍就過去了沒想到噪聲是整宿都有！無噪聲是酒店最基本的事，難道也要客人特意要求？特別差，第一次住全季以後也不會住了

什麼是服務行業高質量？什麼是實現客户滿意？
我認為沈北大學城全季酒店，用真誠貼心的服務給出了答案。
因為孩子要在沈北考試，12月23、24號入住了沈北大學城全季酒店。這兩天瀋陽天氣異常寒冷，室外温度零下二十度。晚上18點從學校回到酒店，一開房間門，室內温暖的空氣迎面撲來，原來是酒店服務員考慮到天氣寒冷，提前半小時把空調暖風打開了，真的是太意外了！太驚喜了！
酒店行業的服務質量，比如乾淨，衞生，快速響應等，都已經成為了行業的必備質量，也很容易都達到。那麼如何超出客户期望，實現客户滿意，創造魅力質量呢？我個人認為沈北全季酒店的此次服務做法就給出就很好的樣例，寒冷的天氣裏，提前把室內空調打開，讓客户有温暖如春的感覺，好像回到了家裡，心裏感覺暖暖的。
這才是真誠服務，遠勝於僵化的笑容，虛假的客套話。
21日也入住了上海松江的全季酒店，天氣同樣的寒冷，卻沒有這樣暖心的服務，期待全季酒店能夠把沈北大學城全季酒店的好的做法，推廣到所有全季酒店，在寒冷的冬季，給客户帶來真正的暖心服務。

房間很乾凈，洗浴用品很不錯，水温夠熱，馬桶蓋還是智能的。
房間準備了茶葉和茶具，圖中是朋友自帶的茶葉。
不過酒店的茶葉也不錯。
服務員很熱情，看我招待朋友比較多，送了不少茶葉和礦泉水，前台也送來了一次性紙杯。
還送了小禮品，感覺很温馨。
下次出差還會選全季。

給我們的第一個房間特別特別臭，像是有人吐過一樣，而且剛進去就發現房間開着窗通風，明明知道房間有異味還要安排給客人請問是什麼操作？而且感覺阿姨的打掃車都是臭的，整個四層樓道都是一股很噁心的臭味，從來沒有住過這麼難聞的全季，體驗感太差了！
