Extremely clean hotel. Good service and quiet environment. Convenient as you have convenience/pharmacies around. Good food within walking distance. Enjoyed our trip.

The waiter who checked in yesterday was as busy as an intern and the room was quite cold. The air conditioner didn't work well with the heater turned on and there was air leakage from the windows.

The pillows in the hotel room had a distinct smell, similar to the grease smell from hair that had not been washed for several days. The noisiest Atour Hotel I have ever stayed in. There is a bar on the first floor and an e-sports hotel next to it. I don’t know how Atour chose the location. The clanking noise continued until early in the morning, and it was so noisy that I couldn't help it. I went to the *****tore and bought 3M anti-noise earplugs before I fell asleep.
