屋子蚊子特別多，地理位置不錯，是高層公寓，一層的房間並不多，設施一般，就是那種普通公寓，有點黴味，打了辦夜蚊子

老闆服務好，看我帶孩子學習，主動為我們升級歐式舒適房間，添加學習枱燈，人性化服務。房間寬敞，冰箱滾筒洗衣機廚房設施全，經濟實用。緊臨一方廣場（家樂福超市）購物方便，地鐵2號線工業展覽館下車，C出口步行10分左右就到酒店。酒店樓下左側就是共享單車，出行方便。

臨近萬達廣場，步行到陸總醫院10分鐘，老闆免費給升級成雙大床房，夜景繁華，關窗無聲，衞生很好，床單平整無褶皺，民宿價格，酒店標準。房間沒有飲用水，樓下電梯附近有售貨機有超市，上樓記得買瓶水就好。

出行很便捷，到瀋陽站、瀋陽北站都衹需要幾站地，距離地鐵站衹需要步行5分鐘，老闆人很好，房間很大，窗明幾凈，被褥很舒服，每天都會打掃衞生，很乾凈，總之住的很開心，有機會來瀋陽會再過來住😃

入住上，基本算得上“自助入住”了。
房間上非常標準的開間，廁所面積挺大的，床上用品，廁所和毛巾等也都較乾淨。桌子上有點臟，不過也不在上面睡覺，能接受。
沒提供瓶裝水，但樓下有自動售貨機，樓內有小超市，出門右轉幾步路就是羅森，所以沒水問題也不大。
往北走一點就是工業展覽會和萬象城，往南走是K11，幾步路萬達，商業這塊屬實拉滿了，確實去哪都方便。這個價格真沒法要求更多，別的不説，同價位衹能買到無窗的快捷酒店，但這兒的空間和採光強的多，沒辦法要求更多了。
