優點：1.房屋設施非常新，屋內陳設跟照片完全一
致，衞生條件非常好。
2.房東夫婦超級熱情，由於中秋在瀋陽聚
會，到達時間已是半夜，房東梅姐早早在
屋內等候，第一時間在小區門口迎接，特
別説明一下，訂房後房東以為我是一人入
住，從安全考慮，可以開車來接，非常感
謝房東的周到。
3.屋內提供免費馬桶套，一次性牙刷,付費
一次性浴巾、一次性床品。
4.小區非常安靜，遮光窗簾保證了睡眠質
量，小區外停車場充足
缺點：1.由於新交房源，屋內裝修氣味還是有些明顯
2.洗浴用品衹看到了洗髮水，建議把護髮素
和沐浴露安排上
整體還是比較推薦入住的，對於我來説，房東人好可以抵消大多數缺點，由於到達太晚，所以沒拍照片，上述內容衹代表個人入住體驗，大家可以自己來感受，祝房東生意興隆

房東姐姐熱情周到，服務超級耐心！房屋設施都很新，床品特別乾淨衞生，住的環境非常好，萬科小區超讚！下次還會再來！
