The hotel is in a good location and the service is even better! We booked a sea view room. We arrived at the hotel at around two o'clock in the afternoon, but the room had not been cleaned yet. ELLA and Wesley at the front desk saw our tired faces and immediately upgraded us to a sea view suite for free, so that we could enter the room and rest immediately. It was really Thank you so much🙏. The room is very comfortable. I will choose to stay here again next time I go to Shantou.

We chose this hotel as it was near a lot of eateries. As expected, this is a fuss-free hotel with all the basic amenities that one needs for a smooth travel. Room size was generous, toilet was spacious and towels were clean. The hotel is situated directly above a wet market, so do ask for a high floor in order not to hear the pounding sounds of the butcher's knife.

The hotel hardware is okay, except that there is no small refrigerator. There is Xiaodu voice AI smart control, and the bed and pillows are quite comfortable. The decoration style may be typical of Vienna. But the location and environment are actually not good. It's in the urban-rural fringe, around the high-speed rail station. If I had to choose again, I probably wouldn't live here... It's 10-16 kilometers away from the scenic spot by taxi, and it costs 20-40 yuan one way. The main reason is that there is not much food nearby, they are all small shabby shops. What about the service? We have stayed in many hotels such as Atour and Huazhu Club before. This time we saw this newly opened hotel in Vienna and wanted to try it. We didn't have breakfast. We asked when we checked in, but the front desk said we didn't have breakfast and asked if it couldn't be delivered. The front desk just nodded and said nothing. Actually, I just want to see how to respond. This is what members at Atour did before. Just respond casually. Too dull, a bit unexpected😅 Then the water glasses in the lobby were not removed after drinking. One of the glasses in the picture belonged to us, and the rest belonged to others before. We were the only ones in the seats. The New Year's Eve celebrations don't stop until 2:30. Each change is like setting off firecrackers, which affects sleep. The old man didn't go to bed until three o'clock. Later, after checking out, the hotel paid a return visit. The old man mentioned this point, but then there was no response. It was just a joke 😂😂 The cleaning staff threw away the hotel toothpaste and toothbrush that we had only used for one day (the toothpaste was actually not used yet, just took it out and put it aside) and replenished it with new ones. But now the common practice is to replenish rather than throw away the old ones, leaving it up to the customer to decide. This is not very environmentally friendly. Checking in, checking out, and storing luggage were pretty smooth. no problem. You need to scan the Alipay code to issue an invoice. For other hotels, you can open it directly if you have check-in information. This can be simplified. Anyway, we originally considered getting a membership before we moved in. We thought it was okay for the first few hours after we checked in, but then gave up the idea.

Advantages: The deluxe room with a view is in the new building (not the south building). The decoration is quite satisfactory, suitable for old and new rooms. The room is large. The long tabletop under the TV is very convenient. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry rooms. The price is relatively reasonable. Disadvantages: There is no place to hang laundry in the bathroom, and there is no place to hang small underwear after washing. The bath water doesn't flow, and it takes a lot of effort to wash your hair. The bathroom floor drain smells bad and needs to be repaired, some lights in the room are flickering, and the breakfast is barely a three-star standard. Some guests have said that it looks like there is a lot of food, but they just feel like there is nothing to eat. This is indeed the case. The overall value for money is acceptable, and it's fine for a short stay. The nearby Longyan South Road is basically full of snacks, and it takes 20 minutes to walk there. It feels like you need to take a taxi to eat and go out.

Facilities: Don't book a room without windows... The smell and moisture in the room are very strong, and the air is not circulated. Although the room is large, it is very depressing to live in. Location: Very close to Vientiane City. There are many restaurants nearby and it is very convenient to eat. Service: The management is not very standardized. When I went to check in, both front desk staff were playing with their mobile phones.

A decent hotel located about 600m - 700m south of Shantou main railway station. When we arrived we noticed that the hotel was going through some refurbishment. Checking in was smooth and the rooms were clean and adequate. The bathroom was also clean and spacious. Beds were comfy, aircond tip-top and shower strong flow. Will definitely return to this hotel when in Shantou.

On the last night of the Chaoshan trip, I temporarily booked a hotel for the second day after 11 o'clock in the evening. The height of the floor is not oppressive, the heating is turned on, and the room feels too spacious as soon as I enter the room. The whole house is controlled by Xiaodu intelligently, and the lights, curtains and TV can be turned on by voice control (my daughter plays very well. happy) The transportation is also very convenient. It costs about 30 yuan to take a taxi back from the city. Even though it is on the side of the road, it doesn't feel very noisy. Don't raise the price casually, boss, I will travel to Shantou next time and stay at your place 😁😁

She even upgraded my room without paying attention to the bed type when booking the room, and also recommended good travel guides to me.
