Beautiful hotel with an excellent location. The service was incredible and the view of our room to the Buddhist temple was amazing.

The owner offered to pick us up upon our arrival in Shangri-La and we were welcomed by his wife and daughter Yoyo. Room was well arranged, clean and warm. This is a family-owned hotel well located in the ancient town, they were very helpful with any of our requests or questions about the area, they even offered us snacks and tea when it was cold outside. Highly recommend for a stay in Shangri-La !

It was the best place we have stayed in China so far. Everything was perfect!! Clean, quiet, warm, and comfortable. Really nice to walk around day or night.

This is a very lovely hotel in a great location. The hosts are fantastic and very friendly and were always willing to help. Our room was spacious and the hotel (Homestay) is kept very clean and spotless. A nice Chinese breakfast of noodles and eggs is offered each morning.

We enjoyed a lot our stay, the hotel is very comfortable and the rooms very nice and clean. The personnel of the hotel were very helpful and kind to us.

Very good place to stay. Our Kids loved it. Owners are very friendly and helpful for arranging each day tour. Only small issue is the bed mattress is very firm- but this is typical in China.

An extremely comfortable and luxurious guesthouse with incredibly helpful staff who couldn’t do enough to help us. A short hop, skip and a jump into the old town - a great place to stay.

I was very satisfied with my trip to Shangri-La. I booked a three-day room online. As soon as I booked, the store called me and said there was a free pick-up service. As soon as I got off the high-speed rail station, the guy was waiting in the parking lot. He was really enthusiastic. After arriving at the store, the store owner saw that I was alone and specially upgraded my room. The room has floor heating, a humidifier, and an oxygen concentrator. I don’t have to worry about altitude sickness at all. The guy also patiently introduced the itinerary to me and arranged my three-day itinerary properly~ The breakfast was also very rich, with porridge, steamed buns, and pickles. It was really good. There is also a parking lot, which is also very large. There are charging piles and it is also very friendly to trams. The brothers and sisters are very enthusiastic. We can sit together and chat and drink tea in the evening. Maybe this is the meaning of homestays.

The environment is very good, the owner of the B&B is very nice, and he informed us one day in advance that we could not wash our hair. The B&B is very grand, the environment is very good, and there is a swing outside. Because there are not many rooms, it is very quiet and no one disturbs. I had so much fun that I forgot to take pictures of the room! Personally, I feel that the room in reality is much more beautiful than the photos on Ctrip. I was really shocked when I moved in. The decoration is a collision of ******* style and modern style. The four-piece bed set is also very clean, without a trace of filth. It is very close to Pudacuo Forest Park, Songzanlin Temple, Dafo Temple Prayer Wheel, and Moonlight Square. It takes only five minutes to walk out to the bus station or the tourist center. Fruits were also given when checking in, so sweet☺️

The equipment is very complete. I brought my mother here without worrying about altitude sickness. She really didn't have altitude sickness. The oxygen equipment is complete and the heating is complete. Because it was the first time here, I was worried that the elderly would have altitude sickness. The little sister at the front desk explained the equipment very carefully and was very heartwarming. The room temperature was also adjusted to a suitable temperature for us, so it was not too hot to breathe. It was a very happy encounter.
